Soze case still blows my mind. the judges basically all agree the case has grounds for a mistrial. One judge wants them to actually call a mistrial bc they all agree it could be a mistrial, the other two refuse, leading to that judge to leave the trial mid-trial, WHICH IS ANOTHER GROUNDS FOR MISTRIAL, and then the case just went on like nothing happened

That trial actually got overturned and he got refunded for the fine. Had a second trial with the same two judges and got found guilty again even tho his defence was even better than the first time.

He was charged during the second case by the same 2 judges the evidence was clear they voted guilty again because they could without looking at the evidence. The case was biased against him from the first case.
