crane is so disconnected. "it is supposed to be" this and that. but the issue is that IT ISN'T DONE THAT WAY.
The only argument i got was that crane doesnt want a plethora of civil suitsagainst the PD caused by said legislation that will end up just money coming out of the state. He would rather fire/penalize the officers that are causing this problem which is why he wants examples, but without legislation backing, there is no guarantee of said penalties, or change. In what world does it make sense that a warrant and subpoena isn't able to be FOIAd? I do not think Crane is healthy for the city atm, I think he could be a good support person in DOJ, but he should not be the King and ruler of all DOJ law related. All judges should be equal, they can all have different areas of expertise and do their own different work, put up legislation that they feel are needed and push it to vote or something similar.
Crane says you cant advice your client to appeal without all the information then how can you advice your client on what to plead in the cells if they won’t share information there

This is legit crazy, it’s not the crims fault if there is not enough pd on duty. Hire more pd. What needs to be done here and every single person in this city needs to join the pd. No crime is committed and they can do nothing for 3-4 weeks. Maybe just maybe then they will understand what this server actually is

I think Soze would be a better Mayor, but felony and such, K isn't best as a Mayor, because he is better suited to be an opposite force of the PD.
@@Ztaal3 soze be the better choice for commissioner honestly... i said K for his logic and viewpoints on issues pertaining between DOJ, PD and council... he hasnt been wrong on the issues that could be fixed and well need to be fixed... he has a business, numerous interactions with PD and DoC, and has basically robbed and or shot all the council members 🤷♂️ Batman cleaned up the city by breaking the law...
