I mean to be fair they are all left out every time, and for K to act like they want to start their own gang is a bit crazy. the guys are bored and want to help but they should definitely be trying to do it with the other members, especially since so many ppl are left out all the time.. but k and Ramee are right they should use the other pc. but they shouldn't worry about heists if they aren't online, if the non cg members want to hit heists then they need to get their own pc.

Seems like a very big lack of communication and not wanting to step on toes situation. My read on it is: Suarez and Patar- We want to do heists because its fun and we never get to but don't want to sound like we are whining about it so we are trying to do it on our own. Mr. K - All you need to do is tell me you want to do heists and we will figure something out for you (like using 2nd computer) and we will run 2 heist groups if you want to take the initiative and lead the 2nd heist group. Could all be solved by speaking plainly on both sides.
I didn't really understand K's point initially but, I get what he's saying, this is pretty much how hydra started, wanting to do jobs with other people. I don't think CG wants the 'umbrella' shit again.

I see what your saying but hydra was a completely different type of situation that your probably not aware of. Hydra was a gang in late 2.0 but early 3.0 a bunch of them got unwhitelisted for some bs, basically early 3.0 they were ban happy. Flippy n Mario were basically the only ones left n we're lost as the majority of their gang got got so they joined cg, after several months nopixel admins looked closer to the reason the hydra members got unwhitelisted and decided to reverse it n therefore hydra was born again as Flippy n Mario were in CG so hence "the umbrella".
Imo on all this is that Mr k/LK focuses way to much on only NA as I'd like to see the gang have mote presence across all timezones but if your not around specifically when Mr k is you don't play on the server in his opinion so a morning crew of cg members isn't going to ever happen.

The way Patar and Suarez worded that was horrible. However K is right, if its "just for hesists" then use the second pc. This has always been a thing, you dont get to be in another group AND CG, pick one or the other its very simple. Some people may not like that and thats fine but to be a part of the machine that is CG those are the rules and thats just how it goes like it or not.
If this other "heist crew" starts to operate like a new gang then im sure K will give Patar and Suarez an ultimatum and im sure people wont like that either.

When you run a gang/family you don't bring randoms and start a new crew, K and Ramee are right, and then these people have ties to CG, that is not ok. You need to put in work to be apart of the main crew, they have an option of using the second computer so they can have fun run heists etc its not like they flat out turned it down. All these sensitive sallys put down your tissues, especially when your take is dead wrong.

Problem with a lot of gangs on nopixel is that they want their members to pretty much hang out within the gang when it comes to doing activities, at the end of the day this is a game and people want to have fun with whoever they want.
Patar and Suarez i think were very much in the right and K and Ramee didn't listen to what they were saying, using the 2nd pc which is located in a house that only 1-2 of them would have access to = if suarez or patar aren't there = having that heist crew being pointless. that is why they wanted to do it slightly more independent while still having other lower CG members participate + their out of gang friends.
Like imagine being restricted quite a bit from even who you can have "fun" with, in this kind of situation it can be a game dilemma because you have friends and people you want to be around with in the gang, then people you also want to do things with outside the gang, but one side is basically restricting you from doing things together to an extent. (PS isn't suarez and Patar their biggest money makers too? there should be some leniency to your biggest cash cows strategically )

Wait can different crews not do jobs together anymore? Some of the best jobs in 2.0, and 3.0 were when cg and the lean boys would get together, or when Eugene would tag along.
You can invite people from other apps now to do certain lower end jobs like Laundy and Cash but its not free. The whole system is pretty restrictive on just being able to throw a random crew together to do a job between the app and not wanted to use your crews buttcoin to do a random job with others.
Its not cg and leanboys its 3.0 cg and hydra. They don't want no umbrella shit. Keep it in the crew it's that simple.

Actually they rotate around 9 members that they know can do things, Ramee, K, Vinny, Zaceed, Arya, Ellie, Pnut, Zolo, Tuggz (I think taco went a few times and maybe some others) and with the recent bank Ramee did with “Z” team more people have been found to be good assets for heists.
This is what happens when K never rotates new people into the heist crew and leaves out 70% of CG members. When it's the same glazers that always get to do heists, people feel left out and get bored. The only time new people gets to be involved is when the main glazers aren't on, or when Ramee needs money and K isn't on, which coincidentally, the main glazers are also not on.

Suarez and Patar have every right to want to have fun because they are never in main 6, but if they want to be in CG, the logical thing would be for them to use the gang's application and people from the gang who are in the same position as them.
I think Patar and Suarez had good intentions but they communicated it in such a horrible way that they basically recreated the Hydra situation in Ramee and K's heads...

To be part of the 'main' heist crew has ALWAYS been about what you bring. Hacker, driver, planner etc. and of course clout. I mean common, Ellie is now a main hacker in the group, granted she has grinded the hell out for CG...
In 3.0, CG got roasted for having 20+ members, but really just had legacy members and grinder groups like Street Team and Hydra to provide mats and means for heists. Then everyone did it. Now, they isolated to get away from that backlash, and its still the same issue.
Other streamers need content for financial gain. Patar and Suarez are essentially asking to be a new Street Team with no consequences for CG.

There will be a problem in a future as this will become umbrella 2.0. K and ramee dont want to deal with headaches anymore, where patar and suarez starts a new heist crew while in CG and will use CG name protection for their new gang.
That wasn´t the issue in this clip though. Everyone agrees a secondary heist squad is fine. K and Ramee just doesn´t want them to be in two separate crews. Which I think is reasonable from K and Ramee. Do your heists, but do it within the CG structure and with CG people.

If he'd had a bit more empathy with their position, especially given how much resources and money Patar has given to the gang recently, he could have suggested this ages ago and they'd have secondary crew to do heists this entire time.

I think it’s great that they want to do stuff on their own without waiting for main crew to invite them.
They should do this, but heists and bigger stuff you shouldn't go out of the group. Mr K has the right idea from an RP standpoint, doing as much heist and stuff you want, but keep it in the crew even the newer pushers and stuff, but making a whole separate self-sufficient group that is a mix of gangs and stuff is basically like starting a new gang and getting the benefits of other knowing you are part of CG. i think yesterday with ramee taking bobby, arya and chris all of them proved they could easily run with patar and suarez and pickup ppl like hutch, curtis etc this coming from them shouldnt be a thing considering the skill of the people in the gang and how new they are even K said they losing points

I think K and Ramee are right in this case. I think it´s good that Patar and Suarez take initiative, and want to do heists on their own. That is great, but to create a completely different crew makes it difficult to keep the gang together. K really dislikes bringing in outsiders. K didn´t say it out loud, but I sensed that if this is the direction they choose, he´s pretty much done with them. I don´t think he wants to deal with umbrella gang in 4.0. So I don´t think Patar and Suarez mean anything bad with his, the opposite, they want to do something good, but they might not understand the issues of keeping a big group together.
I think K did the right approach, since CG have a 2nd app with Maze Bank unlock they can join that app and even help other CG members that want to do heists and didnt had a chance yet insted of joining a separate crew.
Patar and Suarez can join the 2nd app and ask other members if they want to join and make a 2nd team for heists. If the external crew have their own BTC farm and their own HQ app they can do the heist by themself in the morning.
Come back in 1 month and its a hydra situation , and in 2 months they wont be affiliated with cg , its how it goes they are bored

Now regardless of what happen in 3.0 this is a good thing because most gangs already do this they have all their pushes and associates on an app and have them run jobs and give kick backs to the main gang/crew. langs group is the perfect example of this all top gang in 4.0 run like this they get their friends and civ friends and whoever else they know on app and get them to run jobs.. this whole umbrella thing was made up by CG enemies in 3.0 but seems like CG care more about that term than others like some sort of PTSD. it worked in 3.0 no one could touch them now everyone running CG 3.0 game play and are miles ahead of CG

It just kinda... FEELS... like some new guys "in" CG feel... entitled... to heist spots over OGs because they've contributed a little bit in a short time. Astonishing. I'm not saying it's arrogance, but it's not a good look man. You want in CG's heist team, or any higher-up position in LIFE, make yourself known and keep working for it.
I say this as somebody who really likes chris/patar/suarez, but man, as K said, there's was a better way to approach this without giving hints to your gang leader that you're not happy and basically want to take other people in his gang to start your own crew. That's a sure-fire way to make people dislike you and not trust you going forward.

What they essentially made is a new gang tbh. The main reason why Patar and Suarez would even need cg is for heist. If they do it with outside CG people then they're essentially out and with a new gang anyways. This is how it starts. They it's going to evolve into other things too.

I think they should have approached K sooner before establishing anything and asked him for advice how they should go about it. Instead they approached him while they have a PC and a BTC farm going behind his back.. to me that doesn’t look good.

@@joelgeorge6586 When you run a gang/family you don't bring randoms and start a new crew, K and Ramee are right, and then these people have ties to CG, that is not ok. You need to put in work to be a part of the main crew, they have an option of using the second computer so they can have fun running heists etc its not like they flat out turned it down. All these sensitive sallys put down your tissues, especially when your take is dead wrong. They wanted to be a part of CG they weren't forced. This is how it works.
anyone who watched CG In 3.0 knows they are too big and people always get left out it happen with novah and curtis being left out for people like raymond and april to go on jobs and learn the city in 3.0 (they never complained about it until after raymond and april stopped playing because they continued to be left out and also wanted april and raymond to have fun themselves) and its happening again because people like chris saurez patar ellie get everything done for CG (like CG wouldn't even run without those 4) and they don't even ask to be taken on heists because they know the answer is no or it will just straight up annoy mr.k and ramee.. (mr.k and ramee just need to be better at including more people and not the same 6-9 people who go on every heist) like add 2-3 new people every time u do a laundry or cash exchange get them comfortable with the hacks and then bring like 1-2 new people every time u try maze bank and do the same thing get those people comfort with those hacks next thing u know everyone in the crew can hack up until the art heist. I don't see an issue with the B team of CG doing this, not sure why k and ramee do either i get they went through this in 3.0 but literally every gang operates like this already they add all their pushes or associates to an HQ app get them to run jobs and anything good gets thrown back to the main crew.. the main crew is just worried they wont be able to call patar and demand buttcoin from him for free just because hes in CG and has to pay his way in the gang.. LOL also tbf both patar and saurez explained it so badly LOL could of just said i wanna start an app with people in CG who don't get to go on jobs often and some of the pushers for CG and that they would throw a kick back to CG or something like that and both k and ramee would of been fine with it.. lowkey feels like k only said yes because his chat called him out on gate keeping (which i don't think he is but hes also not trying to see it from their point of view and have sympathy for them not getting to be involved in heists when that's a big part of the server) instead he got defensive and straight to confirm his narrative / thought process about this was correct and his chat was wrong. i love K but this is his biggest weakness as a leader he can never be wrong his ego wont allow it.
