I was let go of in November 2023 and now 265 applications in with minimal to dragging. After some rounds of interviewing, some companies have just completely ghosted me and just taken my transformational and strategic organizational accomplishments. I have 16 years of Professional Human Resources experience in highly complex, multi billion dollar organizations, and I can honestly say, this is very alarming and quite frankly very scary. I have adjusted my resume various times to only come across the same issue. I came across your channel and will be trying the template you recommended along with these LinkedIn tips. Friendly message to all recruiters and hiring managers, not just as a professional but as a human being, be mindful and courteous of candidates.. Your decisions are life changing : )
Sorry to hear your job search has been so frustrating. You're not alone! The process can be a difficult one even for strong applicants. Keep at it, try new strategies like these, polish your materials, seek referrals when you can, and you WILL increase your odds of success. Hang in there!
