Another fine video!
Thank you!
Nice👍Another great tutorial 🥳
Thank you!
EP2 is what Voron recommends
Considering the relatively low loads placed on the linear rails in a standard FDM printer, either EP1 or EP2 should work without issue.
I've been waiting for a linear rail kit for my SV07. I love my SV07 after the hardship of getting everything tuned in but I still have problems with the POM wheels.
Also did you have to make a new splatter box for each viscosity demonstration?
Thank you for watching our videos and I'm glad you found this video helpful. I don't know when TBStron3D will be releasing the individual linear rail kits, but they are very responsive if you send them an e-mail.
I only needed to build one box (it was just four pieces of foam core) because I lined the bottom with printer paper.
Hello
Great video
Is there a possibility to do it for the normal sv07?
Yes, I'm currently working on a Sovol SV07 video and TBStron3D is currently working on kits for both printer models.
@@SandMMakers Thank you!!! 👍
Your Mobileux EP1 grease link says, "No featured offers available". Do you suggest another option hear?
Does it matter if the 3D printed inserts are pla, abs, or other?
When will the rails be ready for purchase?
Thank you for watching our videos!!
For the Amazon link, if you click "See All Buying Options," purchase options seem to appear. I have no idea why the purchase options don't just show up. Also, EP1 is generally available at local mechanical supply houses.
The material for the inserts shouldn't matter, since they are not a load-bearing part.
I'm not affiliated with TBStron3D, so I can't say when the different kits will be ready for purchase or for shipping. But I expect them to be available soon.
@@SandMMakers OK I will check this out thanks Dave.
How much will the kit for the SV07 Plus cost?
Thank you for watching our videos! Since I'm not affiliated with TBStron3D, I can't answer that question. However, they are very responsive if you send them an e-mail.
@@SandMMakersNo problem. Your video was very informative. However, I am a bit confused on how you got early access to these rails if you aren’t affiliated with them.
It's the same as a review unit, except instead of doing a review, I created an installation guide video.
@@SandMMakers Oh ok I see, nice. How are you liking the print speed and quality of the rails compared to the wheels?
It sounds like you gave up on Elegoo ;-) Well, me too.
Not at all, I have a bunch of really big Neptune stuff in the pipeline.
@@SandMMakers oh really? I packed my elegoo and it collects dust in the corner. Most of the stuff I print is on Bambu X1C now, big size projects have been already printed and a good thing is that those parts a functional, not aesthetic, otherwise it would be just bad. I am planning to get Ratrig 400x400 v-core 4 IDEX as soon as it is available. Seems more reasonable to me, obviously the cost is not comparable.
