A bowler can throw slow delivery anytime he wants by any difference in speed.
A Yorker is a specific type of delivery of ball when the bowler trys to hit the ground by ball anywhere near batsman feet, so it is really hard for batsman to hit that ball with a bat with that much of speed in ball.
Malinga plays for his country team 'Sri Lanka', but just like any other sport there are some private leagues organized by some countries like India, Australia. So all these players from each country participate in those leagues too. And YES, it is KFC(Kentucky Fried Chicken). :)

"Yoker" is, when a fast bowler pitch the bowl so close to the foot of the batsman (In cricket, it is very hard to do) and the direction of the ball guaranteed to hit the wickets.
"Malinga" is a Sri Lanka Cricketer. He wears different jersey when he is playing 20 over matches. Those 20 over match team comprised with high skilled players in different countries.
Main difference between Baseball and Cricket is "The reflection time", which is way higher is cricket. In baseball you have time to think where cricket has Millie seconds to act.
A perfect Yorker is supposed to land flush at the base of the stump. That's why it is also called toe crusher.

If we speak about the balling in cricket the ball has to be pitched on the turf of play to be a leagle delivery if it doesn't pitch it should pass the batsman bellow waist height if not it become a no ball and the bowler has to ball that delivery again and the batsman gets a free hit (the batsman can only be run out on these deliveries) depending on where the ball first contact the playing turf it gets names. If it lands with in 2 meters from the stumps it's called a yoker.. if its 2 to 6 it's called a full length delivery (these often gets as full toss balls where the batsman hit the ball before it contact the playing turf).. if its 6 to 8 meters from the wickets it's called a good delivery these are hard to deal with for the batsman when its balled in a good area targeting the batsman's body.. anything after 8 meters are called a short delivery it usually come around neck and head height of the batsman.. there's a rule that u can balled only 2 balls that goes over the batsman's shoulders after contacting the playing turf.. if a ball bounces over the batsman's head its called a wide ball and the batting team gets a run and the bowler has to ball an extra delivery

So a yorker is a ball that bounces right at the feet so its very difficult to hit. They do have something similar to a change up, thats what they call a "slow/slower ball"... The hand slips off the ball and swings a fast as a regular bowl, but the ball comes off a lot slower so that its hard to judge its pace.
Lasith Malinga plays for srilanka but the green jersey is for a club (similar to premier league soccer) where the clubs bid for the best players from all countries into their team. And lol yes there is KFC all over the world!

*In cricket bowler's ultimate aim is to knock down those 3 wooden sticks called Stumps...he can does that any ways he likes..he can bowl fast or slow..turn the ball swing the ball..slow the ball..He can throw it with a single bounce or he can directly crash the ball into stumps without bouncing it like baseball...but when he throws it right near the shoes underneath the bat it's the most effective as speed can deceive the batter, by the time batter decides to lower the bat or defend the ball , ball nicks off stumps its called YORKER in cricket...when batters get out. we call it he was Yorked by the bowler.. when he throws directly to stumps near the height half of the stumps its called FULL TOSS ..this type of delivery 95% of the time gets whacked for plenty of runs and when a bowler bowls directly above the hip or stumps height it's called BEAMER it's consider lethal and illegal , experienced Batters whacks it too for plenty of runs Umpires call it illegal and deem it No Ball or invalid and penalize bowler by giving extra run for batter....if this kind of ball hits the batter it causes serious injuries sometimes batter dies if no protection is taken by the batter...These are the 3 types of direct bowling to stumps like Baseball...Yorker you already saw by Malinga, Full toss and Beamers... it's easy to Hit full toss coz u judge the speed from 22 yards away but a ball pitching in the middle of ground is hard hard to judge coz from 10 yards you can't judge the bounce, spin and speed of the ball...Bowling is very tough to handle in Cricket tbh 😢*

A changeup in cricket is called a slower delivery. It is usually done by inducing backward rotation on the ball similar to baseball but there's also a variation called back of the hand slower. P.s. Yorkers are great at breaking stumps, bats, toes, batsman's morale or just about anything that needs to be broken, but are really difficult to execute. If you miss the length by a foot or so either side, you either serve up a full-toss or a full-length delivery both of which are easy to hit. But if done properly, it is great at getting rid of an unsettled or a relatively unskilled batsman, especially when intimidated by a bouncer on the previous delivery.

The balling variations that you are talking about are very common in cricket.Infact I estimate almost 10% of the balls balled are intentionally slower balls to get the batsman off balance thus mistime the shot which will get him out.But a slower ball combined with a spin or swing is even more deadly and unpredictable to play and can be game changing.

The only way to play them is to defend them and if you are lucky you may squeeze it away for a run or may even get a boundary by edging it with your bat (but that's actually a longshot). Normally you are lucky if you survive. It is one of the most feared deliveries in cricket after the bouncer.
Yorker is the delivery that lands right on the toes or nearby area.
So basically a yoker is the type of pitch the bowler pitch to the batsman. For example in baseball you get the Fastball, curve ball, cutter etc. Youker is when the bowler hit the ball between the bat and the batsman toes. you need lot of skill to do that and Malinga consider as one of the best bowlers who does this.

To answer your question at around 8.32 regarding change-ups yes there is but there is no specific name. You will here cricket commentators calling it a "slower ball". One I can think of is between Curtly Ambrose (West Indies bowler in the mid 90s) and Ian Healey (Australian Cricketer). Ian was Australia's wicket keeper back in the late 80s to early 2000. Ian who was the striking batsmen faced a slower Ambrose ball and was fooled by the change of pace. It's a funny video to watch if you can get your hands on it. This slower ball is typical for spin bowlers who have bowling speeds around the 80 to 100km/h. Former Indian cricket captain Anil Kumble was well known for this style of play.
