Guy made a name for himself without most of what's in this space. These are nice and I want them all, too. But clearly, his talent shown itself anyway, despite not having all the bells and whistles back then. It'd be a shame for anyone to not explore music production because they believe they need thousands to start off with. I'm sure Wolfers would agree.

Refreshingly good modular sounds. Funnily enough all the latest and greatest module chasers end up sounding quite similar as modern modular is going, ironically, less modular and more towards one module per voice. This gives a lot of modular music quite a slick, preset synth sound.

Nice video, lovely studio, charismatic man. Would have liked to know more about his recording methods. How does he use such small mixers with so many synths? (I don't see any patch bays). Does he record to the reel to reel or to a computer? What does he sequence with now? This is less of a studio tour and more an overview of his (admittedly impressive) synth collection.

Wow, never in a million years thought Legowelt would have the Yamaha PSS-380 in his collection. The 390 is the keyboard I've had since I was 7 & learnt to play on. It still has it's uses (normally strange ones), but as Sir Legoface says, it's not really a proper synthesiser.

I watched through 30 minutes of the video, and then decided to bring my JX-3P out to try some stuff with it since the first minutes inspired me to play something since it's been in it's case for a while.. And what do you know, later in the video he shows that he also has one, and the programmer, like me! Awesome! Unfortunately my PG200 doesn't work properly, but man, it sounds awesome still without it, and for not being in the best of conditions. And MIDI works well too!
Seeing the AMIGA there really got me thinking about the old chiptune music, good stuff, sounds great as well. I also love the drum area, some really good sounding beats came out of those machines. I love analog-synths, and would love to get some more to expand my range. However, I still have lots to learn, so might experiment with the 3P some more first.
Great tour of the facility, was a really interesting one, especially since many producers these days base themselves on using computers.

I'd trade an Emulator 2 for a Polyevolver, too. Future GOAT synth right there.
