I paid 200 us for mine from my local pawnshop due to it having a broken screen and it had a user info they couldn’t remove ( they didn’t know you can factory reset in recovery ) mine came with 32gb ram tho

getting a macbook pro m1 base with 90 percent battery capacity how much battery life am i expecting with this config? thanks, people were confusing me more with mba m3 but the screen and speakers are far more superior and that price i was only getting 8gb ram while this comes with a 16gb at the same price.
@@AldoJames Yeah, the M1 Pro handily beats the base M2 and is not that far off from base M3. Just got my 14" M1 Pro 8-core today for that exact reason!
I purchased this off ebay from a wellknown seller with 99% positive reviews a month ago for 1279 €. It is refurbished with 2 years of warranty and still has 6 monthis Apple care included. I come from the 13" M1 with touch bar and once the warranty ran off, this is where the issues started. I tried everything but the touch bar kept on blinking once I started it. It took me a few restarts to stop it from blinking but this is not where it ended. A few weeks ago the screen went totally black but the Macbook still functioned. So I was stuck with a Macbook with issues but I need a laptop fo fully function not having to work my ways around it. Now, there is no touch bar and I only use the keyboard cover as long as I do not close the lid because the screen turning black was my fault. I found out through research so whoever uses a keyboard cover, please remove it before you close the lid. The Sceen is very fragile and the cover might damage it. Now I do everything to make this Macook last for more than 4 years.
Theres a used M1 pro with the same spec as yours near me for $1600 AUD (I think I can negotiate it down to $1500 though) The seller told me it hasn't been used much due to him having another laptop, so its only have 27 charge cycles despite being 1.5 years old. do you reckon this is a decent deal? I might go take a look at it in a day or two.

The beauty is how the M1 is still very powerful til this day, especially for the workflow of many
