NEVER DO THIS! Fishing on DEADLY Beach Jetty!

- DANGER. DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS! This beach jetty is full of amazing fishing, but it comes at a price. It is risky and dangerous to fish like this. Jetty fishing is typically more dangerous than standard beach fishing because the rocks are very slippery. The rocks are the dangerous part, however they are also the reason so many fish are around. We love to catch fish off the jetties because there are plentiful fish!

Fishing is Life dude, I need to come with you and Gerry Again soon 🤌
Great video, I’ve been fishing under that bridge for 40 years. We’ve caught plenty of fish off of the jetties as well, but I’ve never walked out there.
That's looks like Ft. Clinch on Amelia Island at the mouth of the St. Mary's River. It's CRAZY dangerous! It's so unsettling, you feel sick to your stomach while you're out trying to fish, even at low tide in calm seas. I was told there used to be a boardwalk that a hurricane destroyed, but funding never came through to rebuild it. And we even fished under that bridge too, but kept getting hung up on all the oysters. We moved to the docks at the Ft. Clinch public boat ramp where we had our best luck.
yo im from yulee and fish the jetts all the time what boat ramp are you talking about? dee dee bartels?
Good job getting off the rocks, y'all be safe..
Glad you made it back just fine. Sometimes its worse than that fishing Lake Michigan but much better walking and has a wall for the waves to hit.
Awesome video! Hurricane Matthew or Irma destroyed the pier by the jetties.
I fish from the jetty at Murrells inlet south Carolina.
I’m assuming you checked tide and wave forecasts, right?
I’d hope so
Looks like a delicious bridge bowl. Sometimes you just got to risk it.
Your friend is amazing. My wife would never walk on that jetty with me 😳
Nice vidio.. I can much learn with see your vidio. "Salam satu hobi" from indonesia

Let me know, if I can tag along one day. I would love to come fishing with you and Erin! I live in North Jax.
Bridge bowl was great feeling ha
Would like to know how you were rigged. I can see the slip bobber, but how deep were you fishing? Were you on the bottom? Looked like a lot of weight.
Good job bro 😎👍👌🎣
You guys need to buy fishing cleats and boots
It’s like being a mountain goat
It will save your life
Great show
You gotta try that paksiw next time
I wish California had good fishing like that
I've only been out once this year its still too cold n windy in the UK 🇬🇧
What was that backpack that you were wearing?
Nice couch buddy...shout out
Where were you goofy jigs? This jetty is perfect for jigging!
Try wearing Felt Sole Tabbies. Not sure what I would do without them.
If it wasn't worth it, you wouldn't be doing it. 😂
starting to remind me of Jeremy Wade and the killer sardines episode
hello friends, see you again 👌🤝
HOLA FUERON MUY INTELIGENTES EN SALIR DE AHI AMIGOS EL MAR ES INPREDECIBLE DE MOMENTO SUBE LA MAREA Y QUEDAN ATRAPADOS Y QUIZAS PIERDAS ALGUNAS COSAS Y OTRA PUEDEN RESULTAR GOLPIADOS CONTRA LAS ROCAS O LAS PIEDRAS Y QUEDAR LASTIMADOS MUY BIEN 👍

As a South African man this is nothing😅😅
I'm not nearly as steady on my feet any more. I'll pass on that!
thats very dangerous
Get korkers spikes foot wear
So risky if there a strong wave and hits you through the rock.
Where is this jetty?
Your companion is a pilipino!
Fort clinch
🤫🤫
Texas Jetties are not like this. I'd be so scared to fish where you are right now.
I’d wait until a safer point in the tide next time. Would hate to see you guys end up like the tourists that die walking on the black rocks here in Nova Scotia every year at a popular tourist attraction called “Peggy’s cove”. It’s sad. There are a cray amount of warning signs, very clearly saying you will die if you walk on the black rocks, yet there’s always tourists dying on the rocks. Someone always slips and gets washed out to sea.
Nope not doing that, I like good solid ground under my feet while throwing lines
U shoukd be wearing croakers spikes
He said "Paksiw" is he a Pinoy, isn't he?
That is not a jetty it's just a pile of rocks
1st on
no way no fish is worth that...
Poke is Hawaiian... not Japanese
Yo Brandon, saw the documentary saying that yellow color it's attract sea wild To attack for some reason, I'm not sure if this is true but think about the Lures that most of them are Yellowish, hope you could have choose another bright color for your jacket
Was that an oil pipeline you stepped over?
I think that's a old waste pipe from a paper mill.
It’s a pipe they use for dredging they pop up 2-3 times a year
