Hello I found some exercise for legs strong muscles l have badly pain in my thighs some times I crying now I watching your video I am so glad but I have some more issues no 1 is shatica no 2 is feet pain 😢😢now is my thighs pain plz tell me witch exercises best for me my legs strength and strong 💪 I am 47 age
I would imagine you are one of many (like me also) who have to try modify the moves to this exercise which most people can do with ease but we can but try!
