I love how everyone from nimrat to mrunal have their soft corner for Vidya..she is an inspiration for many budding actress..in 2011 she was iñ the roundtable when dirty picture released..and she continued the success spree every 2 years..even rajeev masand isn't here anymore but vidya is constant...a bonafide changemaker

Women conversations are always enriching contrary to how it is perceived according to some cliche conventional norms.

Loved this selection of actors! I totally resonate with Mrunal, how sincere and sometimes awkward she gets. Loved how the interviewer allowed the actors to complete their thoughts and express their personality and being the bonding glue without being overbearing. Its a nicer indian version of the Hollywood round table. Its brighter and more real

I always feel less is more when it is about hosting a roundtable. Unlike other roundtables this had limited guests which is why it felt more intimate. When there are 8-10 actors, hardly anybody gets to explain their point.
Vidya and Nimrat's answer on Pay Parity was Brilliant. They understood that it has to do with how much your bringing back to the producer. Glad it wasn't made into a gender debate, they understood it was business and how much they were bringing back to the table.
Its always treat to watch and listen to Vidya mam......one of the light hearted roundtable, really enjoyed it.....But it felt like host was ignoring Mrunal Thakur at some bits

Seems this year every channel is doing a round table. I watched them all but this was hands down the best. Great host plays a huge part in making such conversations interesting.
Nimrat Kaur gave sensible answers but Huma was speaking in the middle of others..let people complete their words..In Kapil's show too Huma was speaking in between Sonakshi..

When I saw Mrunal's webseries Love, Soniya i cried so much! It had such a huge impact on me! Like the difference between the financial conditions of people and the reality of it hit so hard! Mrunal acted so beautifully! ❤️ She was great in Seeta Ramam too!

I think the host asked the ques and not all 4 had not given opinion or answer but she moved on to next one...and this was what happened with mrunal, host asked the ques nd mrunal wanted to answer but host moved onto next without asking her opinion so when mrunal got chance to speak she also told her previous answer...that's why when huma commented that what was 5th ques nd interrupted mrunal..mrunal very politely tells nothing more my chains of thought is broken now

Alia bhatt, shefali shah , Aditi Sudhir Pohankar, Surveen Chawla and Radhika Apte also had some great releases in 2022 and must be covered as well.. This was year filled with fabulous performances by our leading ladies

Atika's presentation is so much more appealing to Anupama Chopra's, who comes across cold and wooden when interviewing Indian film stars. I remember Anupama clearly downplaying Neel Sethi's stellar performance and she even tried to dampen the stunning reviews he had received as Mowgli in The Jungle Book, when she interviewed him in India. There's a real shortage of good anchors in India, but Atika is excellent.

Lesser importance, attention given to Mrunal through out the discussion than to others! I agree she is fairly new to the industry compared to others but she is also a brilliant performer and a beautiful human being as much as others are. If 4 chairs are kept around the table for the invitees, then each of them deserves 25% of respect and opportunity 🙏🏼
