      @@thronewalker1153 Innovative but if I could go back I'd use Hasport.

      @@thronewalker1153 I'm going over that a bit in the new video but mainly the back mount is gonna need a new plate to the engine and rewelded cuz it doesn't line up. The coating also seems cheap and chipping already.

    I'm doing the same project. I have the harness of the Engine, but the harnessI have is Automatic Transmssion, ( Mytransmission is manual. )

      Do you have any videos where you cover the harness from automatic to Manual?

    Could you explain a little more on the wiring part? Are you using the ecu and full body harness from the donor car and essentially installing that entire harness into the civic? and like fitting up connectors to things you need (like cutting off the donor car headlight plug and replacing it with the ek connector so it plugs in?) Does this let you use the stock donor cars ecu with no modifications to it?

      Basically yes. Just like you said. The entire CL harness and ECU. Headlights and taillight harness got wired up to the CL harness. And the Fuel pump. And then I also wired up a fan switch.

    what made you use the whole cl harness why not juat keep ek harness and modify engine harness to work with dash harness

    • @octanemayhem2686
      @octanemayhem2686  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Headaches bro. The CL harness works for what this car is. Even then I still had problems after the swap. I still have the Civic harness tho. Who knows what I'll cook up next. We're planning atleast 2 more Jswaps. My next one I want everything to work so it will prob be done how u said. Radio, heat ect ... but I hate messing w wiring, it takes the fun completely out of it for me. So that was easiest and fastest at the time.
