The fact that it is only 2 colours makes it the best lesson for me. Im going to reduce my colours drastically. I struggle to afford artist grade watercolour paint. Please more of these paintings.

Haven't watched it yet, but before I watch the tutorial, , I have to say, the finished painting... GUHH ! It's so pure, endlessly serene, happy happy, soaked with magical energy. I'm astonished how a person can transfer such beautiful vibes filled with innocence and pureness onto piece of paper.

The backlight on this is so amazing I need sunglasses to look at it! Who knew those two colours could produce such a complete painting with your myriad of techniques. Don’t ever stop 👏👏. I love everything you do.
I am delighted you like this tutorial Chris, more so because it was from a photo that I took a couple of years ago because I was inspired by the light! It's amazing what colour variety you can achieve mixing just two colours! So pleased you love the tutorials! Yeah...more to follow...maybe something like this with some Brusho!! :)

So impressive what you can do with two colors! As a newbie to watercolors, color mixing is definitely something I need to grow my confidence in. That grey captures the shadowed effect so brilliantly! Gorgeous work as always.
