5:00- Pretty wasted riichi here. A double yakuman is waiting to happen by putting yourself in Furiten and throwing East after the second draw (Thirteen Orphans Thirteen Sided wait).

That wouldn't have worked in this case since they would have won on the next draw regardless, but the riichi was still unnecessary

@@ae_free What they are saying is that they should've kept the 9p, not called Tsumo, and thrown the east. They're on a 13 wait, so, they're going to draw an orphan easily and get the double yakuman.

was waiting to see someone closed kan on 9 pin .... and whether it is possible to rob that closed kan of 9 pin IF and only IF it is 13 orphans win.
Also the rule about throwing out a live tile, someone kans off it, and wins on the extra draw. Whoever throws out that live tile, pays for everyone.
