Your trust in your soles is not misplaced. Living barefoot brings so many benefits on so many levels and a deep joy from ongoing connection with nature. You are a true inspiration.🧡👣
I couldn't say it better: I have been barefoot, completely, since 2009, and it's a journey in life, through life and with immense strength as I go through it all.
Thanks for sharing this beautiful video. Hope you keep putting your soles through all kind of hard challenges, dares and ordeals, the pain on your soles purifies your soul.
I just have to say I’m so amazed that you can walk on sharp rocks and yet you soles are not harmed and I never seen you stumble and your feet are still Beautiful ❤
Madam I am your biggest fan. I watch all your videos without fail. You also said that you are very challenging. You said you walk on broken glass. Please upload a video of you walking on the broken glass shards. The video shows you slowly placing your feet on the shards of glass. Show the video of glass shards piercing your dirty feet like that. I have sent a message to your insta message box. It's been 1 year. You never saw the message. Please I will take it if you make a custom video. I will also pay the amount. Plz tell me the link.
Your bare feet look so natural, so confident that it would be hard to imagine you wearing footwear in any circumstance, no matter what else you wear. Interesting thoughts. From my own experience I would still advise against ignoring pain, it is a signal of the body that it has enough. If a tiny shard get stuck in the sole I will feel it because of the fine nerves in my skin. So I remove that at the earliest possibility and go on. I also employ the technique of walking very softly which helps on hard surfaces. Actually now I wonder about the road surface. It seems like there is a pattern of bumps, is it an anti-slip measure?
@nomopoly2515Even sand can toughen soles. I prefer the way without injury. So I'm extra cautious of where I step. And I don't stop in the winter, which has the advantage I'm completely ready for long barefoot hikes.
