You’re wonderful! I so appreciate all that you do! Your videos are so enjoyable! I love how detailed you are... how wonderfully thorough! Not only do you provide details about the houses and grounds, but the fact that you also provide historical information and interesting tidbits about the properties is very much appreciated! Please don’t change anything about yourself or your delivery! Know that viewers exist who appreciate you just the way you are! Onward and upwards my friend! Much love! 😊👍🏼
For such a large looking house it seems very cozy. Lovely just lovely. I can only imagine how quiet it might be there. Wouldn’t it be amazing to have seen this before the rebuild. I simply love how you share the history about the properties. I enjoy watching your videos so very much.
OMG .. everytime I think you have surpassed yourself with a tour you find another property with some outstanding feature to entrance me. In this instance I adore the layout of the home as it has the look and feel of a lovely old house and yet would actually be easy to fit out and furnish for modern day living. My 1st thought agreed with your suggestion of a door creating a defined Master suite as that entry would make a lovely dressing room. A cheer goes up everytime I see an en suite with a bathtub as that is a necessity in my personal world so YEAH for the Master en suite. In my fantasy life, I would use the current living room as a quieter more intimate space, the current dining room as a TV/Den area, and would slip a small bistro table into a corner of the kitchen as I would be living alone (or possibly sharing with one other person) and we are not terribly sociable folks in need of a designated dining room. I would likely use the lower of the '1st staircase' bedrooms as a library and the upper as a guest room. Armed with that pool... I might even learn how to swim. I am really amazed that this property did not sell in a flash.
@@italianproperty At the risk of redundancy, I must again say how absolutely gobsmacked I am by your speedy and personalized responses to viewer comments. Amazing!!!!! and much appreciated although I still feel a bit guilty wasting your time with questions on properties I am not able to even consider purchasing. Having said that, please keep doing what you do so well as it sets a benchmark for other creators to aim for.
Beautiful! The property manages to keep it's old world charm while being updated. The rooms are large and spacious. When I win the lottery, sign me up!
Very nice property not too big not too small I am always thinking about maintain such kind of house. Any rough ideas about yearly cost for maintenance? Some gardening, pool services and repair works I assume?
Dear Dirk, Thank you for your comment. I like this house. Fantastic views and very private. As for total cost, it all depends on usage, but I would say the annual property tax is around €2,000. Best, Nick.
oh my goodness this is just so wonderful; are you hiring an assistant? Because I sure would love to travel and promise to be flexible with all your needs
You have a very good narrative voice. I would recommend that when you are pointing out things you should use the camera to point it out and not your hand. The house is absolutely beautiful!
Out of curiosity, since these homes seem to be rather remote, are all holiday homes or retirement homes or do the owners actually work in town? How does one afford the monthly upkeep for homes like these or all the owners independently wealthy? Lovely home!!
There are a number of expats living fulltime. Other's, like myself, upkeep their own properties. Lots of owners' rent their properties to cover some of the costs. Others are lucky enough not to have to. Hope this helps.
Hi Hazel, Excellent question. UK residents now get max 90 days in Europe without a visa. You can still apply for residency in Italy. It just takes longer. Lots of stuff on the web. I would start with www.gov.uk/guidance/living-in-italy
Hi Martin, thank you for posting a comment. Vista Niccone is great value for money; if it was closer to a town/village we could have sold it ten times over.

Thanks MJ, I’m surprised as well. The only thing I would say is, it’s a little isolated. Apart from that, it’s a great price. Best wishes, Nick.

Could you imagine... I’ll be visiting Italy in my dreams tonight!💤
Change bedroom one’s ensuite door to a barn slider. Gorgeous property ❤️
Yes, that's a very cute idea.
I was going to say the exact same thing.

Love the property. But I keep waiting for a 1 story with a garage or barn.
Me, too.
Coming soon!

Last question--how did the larger pieces of furniture get hauled up the narrow stairs without taking out chunks of the wall?
With care I expect.

Thank you for your comment. I have mentioned your idea in my next video, which will be published the week after next. Best wishes, Nick.

Also, I've noticed several of the homes that you've given a tour of have only a washing machine; no tumble dryers in Italy?
Tumble dryers are not usually necessary for summer homes.
@@italianproperty Um, yes they are. Hanging up my clothes is not an option.
Is there any high speed internet available for this property?
Yes Jim, we now have great internet. Thanks for your comment. Best wishes, Nick.
Nice. How far is the nearest school?
15 minutes. Best wishes, Nick.
Nick, now that the UK is out of the EU, what does this mean for people looking to come out to Italy and live there ? Regards Hazel.
