I'm surprised that no one has developed an APP that takes you through all the theory components of a PPL. I'm sure new students would pay good money to be able to study and practice prior to starting lessons.

2. With a private pilot license can i fly outside of australia?

1. No, there is no education requirement.
2. Yes, but some paperwork will be involved, which varies from country to country. Up to you to research about that depending where you want to go.

You can start training at any age as long as you can see over the dashboard with cushions. You can go first solo at age 15, get a RPL at age 16, PPL at age 17 and CPL at age 18.

You need to complete RPL training, but don't necessarily need to do the RPL flight test before starting PPL training.

I pretty sure you can for a PPL. The minimum is red and green colour. That being said, I would suggest you to consult with a DAME (Designated Aviation Medical Examiner) for information.
