Thanks!
My left ear is good at ANOVA now :)
I was using Headphones where only the right earpiece works, was wondering where the sound was
lol
Well. If you want anova for both of your ears, you should search for Two Way Anova.
Hahaha
Yes!
This should be the highest rated video on ANOVA on TH-cam. It is far and away better than the one with the most number of views currently (although that one is a bit older). Thank you!
I had classes on ANOVA but i never really grasped on exactly what it means. your emphasis on the main concept more than the formula is what helped me try to make friends with ANOVA
Man you amaze me more and more as I go through your channel!
Thank you so much sir. You are a magician. A statistician cannot break concepts down so relevantly on a story telling basis. Now I totally inderstand it.
You have a gift of making technical concepts so simple and straightforward.
I think this is the best video on ANOVA I have ever come across. Really you made ANOVA such a simple topic to understand.
Thank you so much for this crazy explination . I spent more than tow weeks trying to understand the ANOVA , and in less than 15 min you made the impossible possible . thank you so much another time .
Thank you, your videos are such a pleasure to watch and really make statistics so much more intuitive!
Best Tutorial on ANOVA, I’m glad I crossed you channel. Thank you 🙏 ❤
Please do some more videos! Especially looking forward to two-way anova with repeated measures (if that's what the english term is) :) very good work!
The best Anova video ever!! Loved watching it.
You made it really simple to understand this concept. Thank you!
These videos are very intuitive. Love the explanations
I really appreciate you for making the concept of anova clear..... Thanx a lot.... Do you provide any online lessons?
I have no words to describe your teaching skill....thank you so much...
Thank you so much for your statistics videos, really helpful, especially the regression series!
Thank you for the uploads. You were a great help.
A wonderful statistics
teacher I have ever had
Thank you so much. u are one of the best Stats teachers ever. good Job
Thank you so much for your videos. You made the concept so simple and easy to understand.
Watched a couple of videos on ANOVA. No lie this is the best
Thanks for your lecture and I have really understood what you lectured. This is the easiest way to understand ANOVA
Crystal-clear explanation! Thanks
This was a GREAT explanation! Thank you!!
Thank you very much for such informative and easy to understand video.
Thank you, this is so much clearer now!
Awesome and easy to follow! Thank you :)
I am understanding statistics, it gives some peace to my learning soul... it feels great...!
Great one Sir, I am also iterested to know how you used EXCEL to come out with the graph...for the 3 groups
very nice explanation, Really it cleared my doubt.
You are killing it
Really enjoyed your videos! Can you make a video on MANCOVA with assumptions testing please? Thank you!
how do you get the p values and determine whether to reject or accept the null hypothesis from that?? sos here for my final on friday .... !!!
amazing video... such a life saver! thanks a lot
Thank you. I got a very nice hint about ANOVA
This was brilliant!
Is there a proper terminology for both SSW (Sum of Squares Within groups) and SSB (Sum of Squares Between groups)?
Please , Does the video about the two-way anova exist in the channel ? thank you !
Sir u explain in nice way..
I have seen very few statistician like u in TH-cam...
Please upload videos with problem solving on Basu's theorems , or upload anything from inferencial statistics ; it will be great!!
Thank you for great explanation!
thanks so much for the clear explanation
Thanks this was so helpful for my tests🙂
You are simply amazing
You are brillant. Amazing didactic.
This is amazing.
AMZINGGG video, thanks so much !!!!!!
Very nice explanation. You mentioned in the beginning posting a link to your video that explains how ANOVA applies to regression, but I can't seem to locate that link. Where is that exactly?
Has Anybody found the link to the video that relates to anova and regression
Great video, zen…just need to point out there’s a little error in your plots for the first example: you’ve shown the middle RED stream II plot spanning range 4-6, but it should be 3-7 ( I think you’ve switched the plots for Streams I and III; otherwise, excellent content! Thanks so much for making this difficult subject crystal clear!
Yep, you are right, good eye you've got 😯👍
How do you do anova when there is 9 independent variables and 1 dependent variable in the analysis?
great lecture. thanks
Great tutorial! :) Cheers!
I thought in ANOVA the SST is calculated by first finding the difference between each data point from the overall mean then squaring the difference and adding them up? In this case, the overall mean is the sum of all the data points combined and then divided by 7?
thank you! great explanation
Dissolution is compared for three experimental batches with tha following results(Each point is time in minutes for 50% dissolution for a single tablet)Is there a significant difference among batches at 5% levels
Batch 1=18,19,21,24,22
Batch 2=16,15,18,14,20
Batch 3=13,15,14,16,17
Hi, Zed Statistics i actually have a question for finding out the value of level of significance at 5% for this problem what degrees of freedom value was used. Thank you.
Found an error @4:20, the middle small vertical line in the chart should be at extreme right, and the extreme right line should be in the middle.
Yes, you’re right…the two plots have been switched; otherwise, excellent content!
You’re the man thanks
Thanks! You should make a video on two-way ANOVA too!
But how are the p values derived?
He is the god of stats.
Sir please post added video on two way annova as this is really concept clearing video and I Must not remember the formulas. Thanku😀
GOAT.
Between minutes 4:15 and 4:18, the scores assigned to Classes II and III were swapped in the slides.
on example two when ssb=18 and ssw=24 formula would be 18/3-1|24/9-3= 18/2|24/6= 9/4=2.25 ??????? HELP
This was a really good lecture. The only missing - at the end, you didn't explain how p values are gotten from F-value. Otherwise, this was mind blowing.
Can anyone tell me please What does he mean by global mean?where did he got it from “global mean=5”
so greatful!
The tutorial is very good but the spreadsheet is not available
So, how did you arrive at the p value?
Thank you sir
Is not your initial SST calculation really more like SSE or in this case is SSE = SST?
Love it .
It was really clear explanation at beginning but I could not understand what ANOVA was :(
Thank you!!
Hence, using the SSE,SSR notations: SST = SSW + SSB, which is also SST = SSE + SSR?
How do you calculate SSB
Hi..i follow all ur videos..i felt if there were more graphical representation it woul have been good
Is SST= SSW+SSB the same as TSS=ESS+RSS?
Thanks
no one explains it clearly as you do !!
Very good
I am unable to download the excel sheet. Please help.
Thanks!
Watched tons of these videos by still can't quite figure out why this works. It's always just going through calculations
@5:24 Formulee??
Please make video of two way ANOVA also
There's no audio for this one?
Hey it seems the audio is only coming through the left channel. Maybe your audio playback is through the right only. Apologies! Not sure how that happened.
thanks!
great!!!!!
good sir
Hi great video I have a subscribed can I ask a question please
You are doing the Lord's work, my friend!
no audio
Anybody solve my problem plzz
As the means grow apart from each other the f statistic increases
my left ear enjoyed the ear tickle
i think you make a mistake when presenting the streams. first the values are: Stream 1(1,5,9) Stream 2(4,5,6) Stream 3 (3,5,7)_ then you go to next slide and here you mix up stream 2 and 3. above the graf never the less, the graph is correct
I think the presentation of the streams is wrong too. Seems like streams 2 and 3 were mixed up.
I agree. Streams 2 and 3 flip back and forth a couple of times. Otherwise, a great video.
SST(B) = 52
my left ear has been tickled
