    You are indeed brave having carpet in a garage. Hat's off to you.
    I personally picked up the exact same color 2009 model in April. The bike had sat for over 2 years. I like having the rare bike in the states (until it comes to finding parts or service).
    The videos have been great to watch while board and unable to ride.
    Definitely subscribing.

    Always makes me nervous to see paint stacked up high. I guess that comes from living in NZ where tremors are a regular thing. Thanks for the video.

    Hi Mark I'm doing the same service to my tiger, a few questions. Do I need to disconnect battery before removing the tank? And what length of socket extension is needed to reach plugs ? Many thanks

    • @marksavage
      @marksavage  ปีที่แล้ว

      i didn't but it wouldn't hurt to take it off and give it a charge.
      just a normal extension in your tool kit bud , no special tools

    Mark, I’m looking at getting the 1050 only because my tiger 955i is being written off. Are the 1050’s top heavy like the 955i and also can you have both headlights working at the same time as I’ve seen the 1050 only having the near side headlight working. My tiger 955i head both dipped and main beam working.

    • @marksavage
      @marksavage  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      To be fair there is a little weight top heavy but not like a big tourer
      I find it fine and enjoy the ride bud
      Best test ride it
      For the money they are great
      A bit more money and lighter maybe try the multistrada
      I do love them

    • @marksavage
      @marksavage  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes only one but to be fair it's good

    • @MrTheomighty1
      @MrTheomighty1 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@marksavage I only ask about the headlights because the tiger 955i comes with only 1 headlight until main beam is used but myself and mate figured out that both headlights can work by adding the correct bulbs and relays

    • @marksavage
      @marksavage  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@MrTheomighty1 all twin light bikes that only use one side can be wired up to run both but !
      You will have to just the level of the beam
      Plus not sure but you might have to out it back for the mot as the beam won't pass high low
