    You like carrots or not you will like this carrot cake. It's soft and moist, you don't really taste carrot in it.
    Ingredients:
    carrot: 220 grams or 2cup
    sugar: 1.5 cup(295gr)
    cake flour:3 cups
    eggs: 6
    oil: 1 cup
    baking powder: 1.5 tsp(6gr)
    salt: 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon: 1 tsp
    vanilla sugar: 1 tsp
    Preheat the oven to 180°c or 350°f for ten minutes. Fruit cakes need more time to cook. Carrot cake takes between 50 and 70 minutes to be fully cooked. Check your oven temperature after 50 minutes.
