Oh my GOD Alina g I made these baingan today and came out so delicious that my husband and I ate so much and even sent to my neighbors too. Alina, this is my most favorite vegetables specially with boiled rice and was my mom’s favorite dish.
I do cook Eggplant 🍆 and potatoes like you but most of the time I cook them put everything in eggplant/potatoes and mix and put it on a low flame 🔥 this looks so delicious 🤤
