ROASTED PEANUT - 2 TABLESPOON
GARLIC - 5 TO 6 CLOVES
GINGER - 1 INCH
GREEN CHILLI - 2, ROUGHLY CHOPPED
CUMIN SEEDS - 1 TSP
ONION (BIG) - 1, FINELY CHOPPED
TOMATO (MEDIUM) - 2, FINELY CHOPPED
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER - ½ TSP
CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER - 1 TSP
GARAM MASALA - ½ TSP

Like many even I wanted to know about the mixer grinder you are using, but you have not replied to it.People just admire beautiful kitchen items because we all use them regularly.I do follow your recipes and this one brinjal recipe i prepare the same way but never used Tomatoes in it.Also Shimla mirch can be prepared in the same masala exactly the way you have prepared brinjal.Thanks a lot .
