    I decided to reduce caffeine too a while ago, especially in the morning before breakfast! I only allow myself a cup of coffee before breakfast if I decided to go to the gym early in the morning

    for me, how to not anxious : be simple. when things goes simplified, you can focus on your main progress that has more complexity.
    for example you can start a routine where you prepare and check everything before the next day comes, just like a school kid.

    I have done all 3 and I can say that yes! it has totally helped with my anxiety. Last week I was in a bit of a funk and I just thought to myself right now, OMG, it's because I hardly hit the gym due to working so much. Ughhh...
    I love going to the gym or even making time to walk and I've realized that when I don't do that, it really bothers me in many ways. This week I'm back on it & I've been considering cutting my hours at work.

    Great video! I also quit coffe and its very true what you said. Nutrition is also very important: No sugar, No processed food. One meal a day and as less as possible. Don't overeat. Enough sleep. But the best advice is: feed your soul with spiritual food and living a spiritual life. Means, be thankful for everything you have because everything is a gift.
