Hi teacher I purchased your online course. The link for the first two sections is TH-cam. it seems to flow well, but from the third section onwards, the link to the video seems to change the way it is linked. It looks very stuck. I have changed several VPN's all are very laggy and frustrating. I am from China.

This isn’t a really good help because there’s so many types of cars. I can see how you label this how to draw super cars like Austin martins but like a 70s to like 2000s cars really doesn’t work that great with this method or whatever you call it. I do love your work tho keep it up

I decided to reduce caffeine too a while ago, especially in the morning before breakfast! I only allow myself a cup of coffee before breakfast if I decided to go to the gym early in the morning

I have done all 3 and I can say that yes! it has totally helped with my anxiety. Last week I was in a bit of a funk and I just thought to myself right now, OMG, it's because I hardly hit the gym due to working so much. Ughhh... I love going to the gym or even making time to walk and I've realized that when I don't do that, it really bothers me in many ways. This week I'm back on it & I've been considering cutting my hours at work.

for me, how to not anxious : be simple. when things goes simplified, you can focus on your main progress that has more complexity. for example you can start a routine where you prepare and check everything before the next day comes, just like a school kid.

Great video! I also quit coffe and its very true what you said. Nutrition is also very important: No sugar, No processed food. One meal a day and as less as possible. Don't overeat. Enough sleep. But the best advice is: feed your soul with spiritual food and living a spiritual life. Means, be thankful for everything you have because everything is a gift.
