I feel exceptionally lucky I started investing in my early 40s and grew to a 7 figure well-diversified portfolio just by following Trisha Jean Webb's recommendations and having exposure to different prolific investments mainly blue chip stocks, an allocation fund, S&P500 and coins. Now house and cars all paid off and no other debt.

Having spent a lot of time there, the biggest selling points are the zero tax if you’re a resident and the safety. I’ve know friends who will pull up to a restaurant and leave their keys in the cars ignition with no worries of it getting robbed. It has more police officers and surveillance then any other country in the world per 100 people
1) You can't just become a resident, you must apply and show your bank account. 2)There is no "income" tax. If you own a business, you still pay corporate taxes. 3)Good luck affording an apartment there if you are able to become a resident. You have to be rich first, before you move there. 4)Dubai is safer and they don't have police on every corner. You can leave a Hermes Berkin bag and your phone on a table, come back in an hour and it will still be there.
