Beautiful! How do you keep your hair from tangling up in the snood though? Whenever I wear a snood all day, my hair seems to take it as on opportunity to turn itself into a giant tangled nest. 😭

Thank you! So for this one I just threw it on upside down, if I wore it all day, it'd probs be crap. For a longer time, I'd do what I've done for short hair styles, put like a hair band on the bottom of my hair and fold that up under and pin in place underneath. I've also heard of using an invisible hairnet underneath the snood to keep things in place. I'll show how I put my hair up in the next video

I'm doing the same costume too. I. Half way through my snood too. I wish I see how you put it up. I found instructions on making it bu I have no idea how to wear it. You did a great job on your!

Oh awesome, I'd love to see it! I can add a little bit to the next video about how I put my hair into the snood, it's kinda organic lol, I like go upside down and add bobby pins. But I think I'll be more precise with the next time, so I'll take some video

Absolutely gorgeous! If I do this I might cheat a bit. It may actually not be cheating. In my case I would use a glue stick or Elmer's white school glue to temporarily glue baste the woven ribbons together so I could hand sew the woven joins without having it pinned to a box. I of course would wash the glue out afterwards. If I really wanted to "cheat" I could just fabric glue the weave together and the pearls on the joins. I think it looks much better handsewn though. I wonder if they used temporary basting glue like substances throughout history in sewing? It would make sense. I mean look at how the invention of starch changed an entire era of fashion with the huge starch ruff collars. Glue has been around in many forms forever. Ok enough about that. You have inspired me for yet another project.💖💖💖

Thank you! And don't feel like your cheating, it's using your resources! They would have done that in the past of they had access to it for sure. If I had wanted to wash glue out, I might have used it myself haha. I've def seen a few people glue their snoods together successfully!
