Great vacuum. Handled like 7 years if abuse from my mom who does housecleaning. I now use it and still works wonderfully. Unfortunately I broke part of the hard plastic tubing that goes from the flexible tube to the dust bin. Had to find a whole replacement motor as Shark doesn't sell that individual part. They also don't stock the NV502 motor assembly anymore and due to some power pin connector differences, the NV501 motor that they DO sell doesn't fit onto the roller. Managed to find a replacement unit on Ebay. Beats buying a whole new vacuum though!
My complaint about this model is the way the connect the hose to the vaccum!! Why soon many turns every other model goes straight into the canister! I have NE356E, Navigator Lift Away Profesional. Am I only complaint about that model is there is no light! 😮 I also have the LA500. Hate the color, thought it was more of a silver when I ordered it. I also dislike how much smaller the hoses are compared to my professional version. With kids, it gets clogged all the time!
I’ve had this vacuum for 6 years now. It still works wonderfully. Great suction still. No complaints from me. This is a really good vacuum.
