Yeah, the genius of Death Row is that they made a lot of party music with a gangsta edge. Most of their single records showed the friendlier/glamorous side to gang culture, complete with music videos focused on beach barbeques, cruising in lowriders, house parties, and the club, etc. Meanwhile, gangsta rappers from other labels focused on making straight up drive-by music, and ended up not getting played in the soccer mom mini van (which is where the money's at).
@@TheRolling123 rage STILL raps and is a beast. Her career faired better than RBX's tbh... She acted in several shows and films, but wasn't crazy on music releases. She still got it tho, because she was on a primo beat maybe a year and a half ago.
Rbx should touch his rhymes back like he did on rbx files. That was his best album. A true classic. He just didn't get the proper promotion for that album. Neither did Rage. Hers was a classic also. Rbx files you can let it play through.
