What Lynch and Phonk Beta did is unmatched, I wasn't surprised to learn about his interests in film later on, that Sacramento sound was cinematic. I think Lynch's work should be mentioned any time someone talks about how raw or dark Mobb Deep's The Infamous is. Those twisted pitch bent basslines were so far ahead of their time, dude is truly an artist.

Soren Baker does a really good job interviewing people… he actually knows the music very well of the people he interviews… unlike Vlad who knows very little about the artist’s music he interviews and often times makes mistakes and just seems to ask people controversial questions trying to get people to incriminate themselves. Soren doesn’t do that… he just talks music and it’s cool that he knows his stuff!

First off great interview! Love to see Brotha Lynch open up about some of the behind the scene stuff, it's been a while since his ghetto celebrities interview. A lot of the quiet creative types in this world never get a chance to tell their story. It's good to see him still kicking it! One of the best to ever do it underground AND mainstream. I remember first hearing that album after my boy let me check it out and thinking this dude might be one of the greatest rappers of all time. The musical presentation and rap skills and flow was like nothing I’d ever heard. Didn’t matter what his content was about. BLH was F’n DOPE!!

Here's a question this brotha will never answer, what happened with him and Mr Doctor aka Lil-X Locc? To me Mr Doctor had one of hardest *Rip Ridin* albums of the mid 90's and Lynch produced the whole album. So what happened with ya'll?
