An idea for a future video might be to go through the chainsaws that you have and the application for each, any preferences. Thanks

Tsumara is the most rigid light bar I’ve used. I like the stihl lightweight. The Oregon lightweight has a lot of flex so you need to be careful or your cuts will not line up on bigger trees.

Sharpening makes this worst.... get a jig or some other device to keep things even... bad sharpening causes this problem

I’m a Sugihara guy myself. The rails barely wear at all and the steel is so tough and resilient. They can bend to crazy angles and spring right back.

I'm interested to hear more, I'm trying to decide on Sugi and Tsumura right now, price is same. I saw a vid with a guy raving about the Sugi. Have you used Tsumura and what other differences in performance, oiling, and other factors of the two ? Cheers

@@livingadamman7994We run lightweight TsuMura and SugiHara. SugiHara does seem to have slightly harder rails and does seem to be just a touch heavier than TsuMura. They both seem pretty equal for what we’re using them for and the tips last about the same amount of time for us. I decided to run both brands because of the supply chain issues the past years and wanted to make sure I could get tips when needed. If I had to choose between the two, I would choose the one I could get the best deal on.

I just checked out those new lightweight cannon bars at Madsens, cannon makes a nice product for sure. I like the stihl lightweights but I'll probably try the new cannon out for a test drive

Any chance you could weigh a Stihl Rollomatic ES Lightweight Bar for comparison?

The cannon an tsumara bars crack . The solid heel needs to be ground out .

Wc 630 is set up for the westcoast timber cutters with a velocity stack filter system and wrap handel, engine is the same

Why not a stihl light 32? Seems like the only thing people haven't directly compared

Shouldn’t the bar pertain more to balance than weight ??? Just like a sword or knife... other than strictly buying for weight and length ?
