    Hi
    What is the difference between Show and Express?

    • @EnglishCoach3Ts
      @EnglishCoach3Ts  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hello! These words are very similar so that's a great question. One difference is that "show" can be used for lots of different things whereas "express" is usually only used for thoughts or feelings. For example, I could say, "I showed him my new bike." I could not say, "I expressed him my new bike." I could use "express" to say something like, "I expressed my excitement over getting a new bike." Does that help?

    My favourite was Speak up or point out ( because people should do it more often in advance) and the more complicated was walk in on ( because there are more additional prepositions)
