Looks like a ton of fun!! With all the new lines and new mechanics/gimmicks, do you think that power creep against the old original lines is becoming an issue?? Montana, for instance, Yamato too, seem like nothing more than a damage pinata these days. I kinda feel like its about time for tech tree ships to get some buffs. Or maybe a redistribution and changing of ship skills(?) For instance, wouldnt it be somwhat historically correct if US BBs had AirStrike?? I think itd be interesting to see a lot of ship skill reshuffling that would entirely change how ships play. Im glad that WG is churning out lots of new ships and lines - nice that the game is staying fresh, but I also feel like older lines are losing their lustre, and dont feel worth the grind compared to the newer ones.... just my two cents (worth about 1.5 cents). 😂
Yamato is still one of the best tech tree BBs at her tier, and Montana does quite well too although they can be basic. They've also received quite a few buffs over the years, and honestly there are ships that should take higher priority over them right now in terms of balancing
While I would love to see USS bb's have airstrikes and WG changing up the META, this is just the nature of a constantly developing game. Like League of Legends when a new character is released, the older ones have less features. It's all up to WG to make sure powercreep doesn't happen.
