Buffalo is such a blast. Halsey makes the ship an insane dpm machine. It’s my second highest average damage ship besides Atlantico (I got a 80k average in Buffalo)Overall a great ship I have bought. (Plus Buffalo is a city in the state of NY where I’m originally from)

Yeah Buffalo is all about that firepower and if you can use it right, it's insane. Outside of that, well, not so great. I still think it should get one sonar 1.
Cruiser without sonar is crap. Short range and dispersion double it. Map depending. Up to this space camouflaged. Stuff for the best money donors on game.
