Poor ole Flair never wins the big money challenge but he always makes the best of the situation. Anyway I'd love to see a kitchen in the warehouse but what i really want to see is some ranch action. I miss the adventures at the ranch. Jake Flair and Banjo on a guys weekend hunt would be the bomb.

my favorite part about catch clean cooks is seeing lucys eyes peek over the counter as she sits and waits hoping for some food
I’m Mexican so how I eat dove is, first you make some refried beans and make nice spicy salsa. Then you cook the dove in a pan with some olive oil until ready and then throw in the dove into the beans smother it together and enjoy it with some tortillas!

You guys should definitely at least make an attempt to cook some whole doves instead of breasting them out... Just once, pluck them whole and keep the skin on, soft boil with some garlic cloves, pull them and dry them off, season and roast in the oven whole. Maybe make a gravy or something with some mashed potatoes. Great vid, keep it up boys! 🕊️ 🕊️ 🕊️ 🔫

Maybe you have already done it before, but it would be interesting to see a challenge on 2 good days of dove hunting the same area. I day with decoys, and I day without. Compare the 2. I say decoys are just a waste of money. I haven’t ever needed decoys. What few times someone else used them I didn’t see any difference other than with the dogs trying to fetch decoys, or accidentally shooting the decoys.

My super secret chicken/anything fried batter. Plain seltzer, flower, a ton of seasoning till the flower turn’s different color. Start with batter, seltzer in bowl with flower until thick but runny at the same time, season the batter heavily, then flour in another bowl season till different color. Dunk whatever meat in the batter first then dunk in flower. Any meat will work. Never tried it on fish tho! Will be the crispiest thing you’ve munched on.

I have a batter suggestion for your next dove fry. Try a chicken fried steak / steak finger batter. We fry dove in the south but we use honey just glaze after cooking maybe a light hot sauce if you like sweet heat
