@@carlcarlos5265 well ovbs Junko wants to lose weight so he’ll eat in a calorie deficit and he can still run too lol but say u run for a year and loses your fat it will come back so easily if u start going back to old habits but if u build muscle it takes time for muscles to deteriorate so just doing like sets of 50 push ups a day something that actually targets the muscles group he wants to work on will help a lot more then going on a jog lol
