This week i will be completing my 10th years and recently my visa was renewed. I have a situation that i need to join new company with in 10 days, is it possible?
Hi. I don't think your old company will let you go with just 10 days notice. And it's not possible for you to start duty in the new company without proper documentation.

Once your contract expires, you can wait for renewal by your company or tell them you don't want to renew. This way, they can prepare your end of service benefits, and the contract is automatically ended.

At moment, it is difficult. Because most companies are looking for licensed candidates. However, some hospitals are still giving a chance to new graduates with no experience.

Hi. If you are going back, you don't need to pay anything.
Just give 2 weeks notice

If you get terminated in prohibition period can you find another job and join another company?
Your company is suppose to give you 2 weeks notice before termination under the new law and you can look for work.
