In Her Kitchen (LOOK INSIDE!!!) For our Homeschool Geography!

Ooh what a great look into the lives and kitchens of women around the world. I feel like so many memories of my Gram are linked to the wonderful ways she provided meals and snacks for us! I am so thankful for her example and hope that my home brings that same joy and fullness to those who visit us.
We'll use this book as we study various countries. And maybe branch out and find a new favorite recipe too!

Do you have a positive grandma/food memory? I remember always having home made bread, biscuits, rhubarb sauce, and jell-o squares!

YES! My Memere always made us Hash. (the name sounds funny, I know lol.) It is something we make every year when the family gathers together. It is really just potatoes and roast beef mashed all together with some onion and spices lol, but it is a favorite. That and meat pies!
