I got it for Christmas but the watch band needed a little size adjusting. I thought I'd share the process. Different brands use a different system but this video may be able to help you out with your case.
Learn how to shorten a watch band or how to resize a watch.
Tool kit costs 2 dollars and you can find it pretty muh everywhere.

everthing was going great but im having trouble taking out the piece were the arrows are facing out. it actually bent one of the tools that i bought lol.

Maybe try to put some pressure not only forward but also downward while extracting it, because there is a tiny metal part that plays the role of a lock.

There should be a size table which will help you find your size. Just measure your wrist diameter and try to figure out in the size table.
