- Let's make a delicious penne pasta dinner!
Ingredients
12 oz penne pasta
2 leeks
1 1b italian sausage
4 cloves garlic
rosemary
oregano
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup pasta water
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp chicken bouillon
salt/ pepper to taste
1/4-1/2 tsp dijon mustard
12 oz parmesan cheese
3 slices (3-4 oz) munster cheese
2 tbsp flour
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
kale or spinach

That dish looks beautiful 😍 with all those fresh veggies.
They are very easy to clean by separating the leaves and thoroughly washing them after slicing them lengthwise before cutting them crosswise. I like the step of using the cleanser AFTER the first good wash. Great tip. This recipe will definitely be on my list of must-makes. You made it look so easy. Thank you.
That pasta dish looks wonderful. I think I would put green zucchini in right before you use your blender. I would take the seeds out so you get more of the green from the zucchini. Going to have to try this on my mother.
Sometimes "Green Onions" be just as dirty all through the inside. I hate when I got to slice open every green onion just to make sure its no dirt.

As a kid, I knew this dish as"Green Noodles," usually served on St. Anthony's feast day in early June. (We lived near our city's Little Italy so we knew lots of Italian Americans.) Thanks for sharing this recipe!

My personal opinion and no I don’t eat dirt but just thinking historically we ate fruits and veggies straight out the dirt like the animals do. I’m sure there are plenty of nutrients in dirt. Oan don’t come for me 😅 it’s just a random thought. I believe we’ve been conditioned as a society to wash the dirt off which is probably why we get sick 😷 I’m not sure just thinking out load 💭🤔
