Tho Sonic Underground and Freedom Fighters Don’t feel like true Sonic that much, I love it, Sonic boom was crap, I HATED it sooooo much when I was little! I guess I don’t hate it that much but still....and technically Sonic Boom is still a thing since the SAME god damn voice characters that sound and ACT the same in sonic boom are in the MORDERN sonic games😭
eggman is literally just baron von cavity's from this really underrated and obscure christian show by the creators of veggie tales called "3-2-1 Penguins" he has the evil motivation of doing incredibly petty things, occasionally does something really bad and evil, then goes back to being a well known thug, and has the two evil minions with low iq levels... I'm not the only one who notices that right?
2:30 Because the show is it's own universe, the characters have to be different from their main counterparts. I feel like a lot of people don't understand this, if Sonic, Knuckles, Amy and Shadow were the exact same from the games then why make it non canon?
Because a lot of adaptations are like that? Spider-Man, Ninja Turtles, Batman, franchises need adaptations to be new comer friendly shows that are respectful representations of themselves. If they wanted a different universe, they should've established its own rules first, not just confidently go, hey, this character is like this because- who knows!
It is true that every appearance of Shadow in the games or the show is an insult to the character (even for people who like the show, he is just a useless schoolyard vilain who challenges Sonic by pur egocentrism and hardly appears). I didn't like too how Knuckles was treated in Sonic boom (like a walking meme) but at least, he isn't as worse as Shadow.
This shows inconsistencies had bothered me for years like why are Tails’s friends criticizing him for being smart? Why is Amy’s character so inconsistent, why is she so mean and bossy? why is she no fun!? This show just makes me hate boom Amy for not being consistent with her character! I love her hot redesign but come on, Show some 🤬 respect to Amy’s character that’s been plaguing her for decades! And why does Sonic’s friends act like complete jerks to him!? Why!? Someone tell me why!😡 And what’s the point at calling this show Sonic Boom if their not gonna commit to the name? Not putting the Crush 40 song Sonic Boom from Sonic CD is the biggest missed opportunity I’ve ever seen.

There are way better Sonic series but this one sonic boom. The TV series is absolutely the worst embarrassment of the them all.
