    Great tips as always Anthony. Excellent instructional technique enhanced with actually doing what you are suggesting and showing the range of impact. Well done. My only problem is the more I learn about LR the more I realize I don't know. I thought your shrinking the image and using a big brush was brilliant using the Skin Soften preset, but then comes two more excellent tips on how to do the same thing. Aargh. Great job. Thank you

The only issue I have is to try to follow along using LrC version 13.2. Adobe keeps moving control around :) Might be helpful to indicate which version you are using. [already subscribed]

  • @jeffellis6544
    @jeffellis6544 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Great tip Anthony. Thanks very much. Do you have a question though, I can see where this might not work as well for people with dark skin. Because then clicking on someone with dark skin may cause the mask to also select brown hair.
    Have you tested this method and somebody with darker skin?

  • @robertspaulding2905

    No luck with this. Every time I try it, once I click the brush (yes I turned feather to zero,) it still selects most of the image and I have to do a lot of erasing. What am I doing wrong?? Softening works wonderful. Selection, not so much.
