Indian Creek Island is an exclusive private community near Miami, Florida. But what makes this rich neighborhood so unique is that it’s located on a completely private island and has only one street-- Indian Creek Island Road. This street is one of the richest in the US with its homes valued at more than $700 million in total. The island also has its own police force to keep all that luxury safe. There’s just one street and one bridge so a checkpoint is constantly operating, plus 24-hour patrols of the island and surrounding water. This type of maximum security has attracted many famous faces, like Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner as well as Tom Brady and Giselle Bundchen.
Those who live on the island are treated to waterfront views and a golf course right in their backyard thanks to the Indian Creek Country Club. It’s one of the most exclusive country clubs in the US and it cost more than $100,000 to join. Yet not everyone who lives on the island is automatically invited to be a member. But even if you can’t golf in the center of the island, each home has plenty to entertain yourself with. Is cutting trees or clearing an area to build new homes a waste of diesel. People buy and sell homes and businesses everyday. Renovations are part of changes needed and wanted to improve appearance and functionality. Large trucks that run on diesel travel the roadways of america and many other countries everyday.

There is a island called sandbanks off the south coast of England that reminds me of this. The houses on sandbanks vary in price but can be over 12 million pounds
