I know you must be super busy with everything that's going on, but tbh I just love and adore watching these videos, they inspire me so much to be so much more conscious about what I'm eating and keeping up with a healthy diet. +PlainJay England is about 5 degrees Celsius and I'm cold 😂
***** We "kind of" get used to it lol! But this year we didn't much have a winter! Normally it starts more early so our body gets used to it but this year it was quite warm (like -10) up until now with this crazy -36! At 7am this morning it was actually at -41 haha! But I didn't step outside today so that's fine :P
