It's so cool how the sounds and view translate so well to iRacing. From a visual and sound perspective its almost identical, especially in VR very cool to see!
Love the 992 GT3 Cup. I have one as well. By far the best performance value for a real GT race car. I wish the car could be used in the GT4 class as well. It seems like it meets the spirit of the class.
Did a bit of rental karting when I was about 10 and got my racing license at 15. From there I progressed from a Renault Clio up to BMW M3’s in amateur series and then finally the Porsche! I won the Porsche Sprint Challenge Benelux in my first year in 2020, 2nd in 2022 and 2023 I was overall champion again :)
Can I ask why you race in an event like this with that car? It is clear from the onboard your car is in the only one in its class as everything else is out of sight within 4 corners. So what's the point? You drive around on your own, no other cars to meaningfully race, with that performance difference even a novice would win, what was the purpose?
I get where you’re coming from :) The GT4’s were in our class and there were supposed to be a lot more cup cars, but they didn’t show up sadly. Since we were already there driving the Ferrari and hadn’t driven in 9 months we just made the most of it for practice😅

What kind of question is that? ….I mean who would pass up the opportunity to drive on a live circuit
