🦧🦊🐅 western has always been ahye vernacular for mei. My mother sang me yellow rose of texas when i was but a child. And also You take the Highlands.... that song. I remember her so well. My father helped her escape from a prison camp w/ most of her family. God do them well and marry u off to princesses❤
My dad died the 1st of Oct 2017, listening to this reminds me of the late nights I'd wake up, come down for a glass of water or just to stretch the legs a moment before going to bed again, he'd nearly always watch western movies and sometimes I'd join him watch a movie to the end before going to bed again, sometimes talk with him. I miss him! Miss him so much, the old fool!
May he rest in peace. I will do the same for my son. Teach him all the good stuff. One of them are western movies for sure. All the best. Btw, my son was born Oct 9th 2018.
@@ALCOR_46 What i like about Western movies in general is that, while dramatic in a lot of cases, they feel grounded and not over the top. Not to forget the unbearable hot, yet super gorgeous environment in which, nearly every movie takes place. And as of this message, had to hold a tear or 5 back last night. Forgot the movie I watched on Netflix, but it was a Western. Reminded me again about my dad. On the upside, was good memories at least.
I was a little girl growing up in a small village in Taiwan in the 1970s. We had at least 4 "foreign feature films" play on TV each weekend. I watched several Sergio's western movies at that time. It nourished my love for movies and music. When I watched the "Ennio: The Maestro" documentary in the theater 9 days ago in Taipei, I couldn't help crying as it brought back so many childhood memories. Thank you, Maestro, for enriching my life ever since.
I felt the same seeing Tornatore's documentary about Ennio. Tears and gooseflesh. I was a little girl too in the seventies and this documentary gave me the opportunity to improve my culture about Italian cinematography and music. As an Italian I felt very proud of Morricone's genius and at the same time of his great humility. Thank you for your beautiful comment 😊. Luisa
My father and I would watch these movies on a friday night.... he died in '92. I miss him terribly, and yet, hearing this... brings him straight back. thank you Ennio Morricone and Sergio Leone.
Me too... I was a daddys girl, what he loved I did too & do too. They all live through you only personality is lost. Thousands of generations all leading to this moment of your scene on stage. Do them proud.
I lost my dad 2 years ago....I played ecstasy of gold at his funeral...I grew up with these films with my dad......the music is absolutely stunning....nothing compares to it....and also brings me close to my dad even though he has gone 🥺🥺❤❤
"This morning, I woke up and started working from home. I poured a cup of coffee and started playing this music in the background on my headphones. As I listened, I placed the warm mug to my forehead and closed my eyes, feeling the warmth of the sun flooding through my window. Thanks for helping to make this morning so peaceful. if you read this, doesn't matter where you are right now on this planet, I wish you a wonderful night and a happy peaceful life where all your dreams become true."
Italy founded the West, from the Renaissance up to the 1800s. The French and Brits took much inspiration from Italians. It's fact, America is an Italian name..
@@TimeTraveller010 arguably, Greece founded "The West", Romans got a new way of The West. Italy had been the center of the west for a long time, as you said, medieaval times, Rennaisance, the Manierism, the Baroque and Neoclasicism... despite not being a economic or military power and, for much time, not even being a political entity, Italy was a cultural center for Europe and the whole "West" From the industrial revolution however, Italy lost its importance, and the anglophone world took the lead. "The British Empire", Victorian Age, and, before these, "The Augustan Age". Britain was "The West", artistically, culturally and economically. The "Far West" is a totally american thing, yes, films like this were very important during the cold war, but the original "Far West", that is all american. "The american dream", again, totally american, and to this day, The States are the leading country of the west, no doubt about that. We are no more the center of "The West", USA is.
@@davideb.4290 Are you of Italian background? I ask so because Greece did little in establishing foundations that Italy expanded on. Greeks introduced Philosophy and nothing else, Archimedes the great mathematician of whom is Greek by proper noun is southern Italian. Rhetoric was founded in Southern Italy, I am sure you are aware of much more. The only reason culture became Anglophone is because France and England didn't want German dominance on the European continent. Germany too has had an influence on the West. Yes I am aware the U.S is the West's centre, and Germany played an influential role in that development.
Going to the drive-in as teenagers to see three or four Sergio Leone/Morricone movies until 3am on a summer night was one of my most cherished memories of my youth. We had a little speaker in the car for sound, and as poor as that was, we thought we were on top of the world hearing Morricones music. You don't have to be Italian or whatever to love his music. No translation is required! But THANK YOU, Italy, for giving the world this gift!
I'm 57 and have been listening to Morricone's music for 45 years. 1000 times and I still feel the same as I did when I was 12. I wrote my A-level thesis on Sergio Leone. My teacher said it was the best thing he had ever read and he wanted me to study journalism, but I didn't do it and didn't become famous like he hoped. I turned to psychotherapy instead and often think back to what would have become of me if ... But no matter what someone does for a living, or what faith they have, or none at all, or what their social status is, anyone who has ever been touched by Morricone's incredible music is probably moved the same way. I wish all of you out there in this cold world a heart-warming night.
I'm 62, and it takes me to the moment at the drive-in. I was going to write something else, but the dying soldier song just came on. The one that Blonde shared his coat and cigar with after crossing the river. It's such a miracle that a song can be so emotional that it takes you right back to a moment in time. For me, "1972". What a great summer it was. My brother in law was so mad at me because I ran down his car battery listening to the soundtrack to "The Good,The Bad and the Ugly" on his 8-track player. Sorry, Bob, but I would do it again for Morricone! Lol
My father, who still lives, introduced these movies to me as a child and I am forever grateful! Every time I sit down to watch one always brings me back to my childhood with my father. I am now 55 yrs old. 😊
I lost my dad 14 years ago watching these films with this music is awsome memories for me rakes me back to my childhood how I miss those days and my dad xxxxx
I wish a 1000 times my dad was still here today, because we would be in the livingroom right now watching one of these great westerns. And he would be telling me one of his wonderful stories, and I would be listening to it like it was the first time ever hearing it!

It's pathetically sad isn't it? A generation not knowing how iconic these movies and their soundtracks are as a piece of societal consciousness is next to unbelievable. We need to make sure Ennio Morricone and Sergio Leone are taught in the classroom in High School as part of a "society and culture 101" course and all students must take it or they don't graduate. If they have to strapped to chairs so be it. Louis Armstrong would be on the list of artists to be taught as well. If you don't know these greats you aren't a worthy member of society simply. All teens should come out better for the experience. They may discover that some of the garbage they listen to uses snippets of classic artists in their samples/beats.
HI all you youngsters out there. I’m 78 and still enjoy the Sergio leone westerns. The best there ever was. Added to which the music by Ennio morricone makes sheer it bliss. Can’t count the number of times I’ve watched them all. Enjoy.
Both of them are legendary. I'm 16 and I finally got around to watching the Dollars trilogy (The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, etc) and inspired me to start writing screenplays for movies I hope to make when I'm older. Listening to Ennio Morricone's scores and Luis Balcalov's scores just make me more inspired
My Dad died 11 years ago on Oct 5th 2010 My Dad was at the Very Top of the list of Sergio Leon western lovers. He took me almost once every month to the drive-in to see the trilogies of Clint Eastwood films. I was around 6 years old, and I would always sit on the roof of his beach (station) wagons he owned. A lifetime for 50 years in a row we would continue watch, listen to the Albums and talk about those good times nearly every day. As far as I am concerned it was the best moments of my life. We worked together and lived together till the end. I still feel them memories in my heart and sole. On his birthdays and passing day I sit and listen and watch for hours to these songs and watch these movies. I consider myself to be a tuff man. But the memories of these movies being enjoyed with greatest man I have ever known (loved) sill flow a river of tears to this day. How can something So Good Hurt So Bad?
That was a wonderful story I'm glad you loved your dad Love never dies he's watching you from above might just be a Cardinal on the window sill in the morning or he's a butterfly that flew past you yesterday that's kind of how I get through things When I lost my dad in 2017. I still know he's here watching over me. Lots of fond memories but I remember my dad More alive than I ever will passed just hurts too much you know.... Lol. Anyway just wanted to write this be well stay strong. God bless you now and always. 💗🙏
40 years ago in my home country, they used to play A Fistful of Dollars , For a Few Dollars More, and The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, every year on local TV. I used to watch them every time. Years later I migrated to the U.S. and I kept my tradition. I am watching the movies every year. It brings all the memories back, and I get to live with the characters again. Love.
Excellent. I have every single version of Leone's Dollars Trilogy on DVD: must have watched these three films hundreds of times. Believe it or not the 'cemetery' location at the very end of the Good The Bad & The Ugly (Sad Hill) has been reconstructed to look as it did in the film. I visit Portugal regularly and am very tempted to hop over the border to Spain to visit the place some day.
A Fistful of Dollars was the movie we saw in Marine Boot Camp in 1969. And when I got out----I later took a poor girl to a Drive-in movie triple-header with all three movies. Think she only made it awake thru the 1st movie.
I For a Few Dollar more, and The Good the Bad and The Ugly, I kept it for more than 40 years. I used to have A Fist Full of Dollars, but I lost it, I couldn't find it. So sad.
I had a harsh life and tried to be someone good as much as possible, but had my trails of errors along the way. Now, I'm getting old and having listening to Ennio Morricone's music since my childhood, I can't stop but smirk while having tears in my eyes. These songs have truly become the stories of my life. I won't be living a long life, but I had the chance to hear the most beautiful musical compositions ever. Thanks Ennio, Really, my hat's off to you.
We already have celebrated him to be among the great composers of all time. The Hollywood Walk of Fame was late to recognize his talent but we were aware and early.
È vero, un maestro è morto.. Grazie al genio italiano..! 1000 ore al cine con emozioni indementicabile. Quasi tutto lo bello del mondo viene d'Italia... Grazie!
L'Italia in lutto, il Mondo in lutto...Tristissimo giorno. E tutti noi siamo orfani di un sublime compositore conosciuto in tutto il mondo. It can't be overstated how effective this music is in transporting you to the Wild West. The Spaghtetti Westerns would be nothing without Ennio Morricone's beautiful mind.
Perché Sergio Leone voleva Morricone per i suoi film ? Perchè era un genio perché senza la sua musica i film non sarebbero stati gli stessi non avrebbero avuto lo stesso impatto che hanno avuto sul pubblico@@Giuseppee62
The music and filming go hand in hand as perfect art. Morricone and Leone were grand masters for their crafts. One isn't without the other, pure genius at its best!

When you speak these two names, Ennio Morricone and Sergio Leone, You speak the names of masters of their respective crafts. This music is just so incredible and it was used to enhance the movie experience so much. I can listen to this incredible music nonstop. It is indeed the greatest western music of all time.
you miss a point i think that is important, without morricone sergios films would never been such a hit, but imagine a collaberation with kubrick. sergio and kubrick together and morricone delivering the music
@@klauskinski5969 Stanley Kubrick, who has been active since the 50's, is a prolific genius extraordinaire. Lolita, Dr Strangelove, Clockwork Orange. I believe that their styles would be too different.
I saw Ennio Morricone & his orchestra in London at the O2 shortly before his death, he was then in his 90's, I also later went back to the same venue to see his son conducting Ennio's orchestra while playing Ennio's music. To me Ennio Morricone was & still is the Greatest composer of all time ( & not just for western music ), as he dared to be so different & experimental with his music, which made his music so unforgettable & instantly recognisable, so much so that if Ennio Morricone has scored the music to a movie then you'll know so from the first few notes as no other composers music sounds quite like Ennio Morricone's. Thank you for your magnificent music Mr Morricone & R.I.P.
It blows my mind that he was a grade school classmate of Leone. That was the Lord at work. One of his many contributions to music was the prominence of wordless voices in his compositions. In 2010 my adult son and I traveled south of Rome to lay flowers at Leone's grave. We were met by a locked cemetery. We went around back out of sight and scaled the wall to complete our mission, and I treasure the photos from that day. If I'm ever in Rome again I hope to visit Morricone's grave.
50% of the success of the film is the music that accompanies the film. When it is tense, the film is also tense. And so the viewers don't fall asleep... This music you wrote is immortal just like the westerns you recorded with Sergio.
@alespersin6066 Ennio Morricone, John Williams, and Nino Rota are my favourites (many others are worthy of course). The music can be 50% of the character to me. As a guy who plays saxophone and guitar (believes he can sing a note or two lol!) - I can't help but hear the melody, tone, and timbre first. Everything else comes in secondary. Peace & love from Melbourne, Australia ✌❤🔥
As teenagers in the 80s my brothers and I watched these movies with our father late nights...now in 2021 I’m watching them with my two boys...they love the movies...legendary timeless classics.
My mom loved everything clint The good bad and the ugly was one her favorites. She passed away in 2021. I watch these movies to remember the good times
Truly, the greatest western movie themes ever. The movies are timeless. Once Upon A Time In The West is a masterpiece. Seeing these, way back then as a kid was life-changing. I have watched them all 100 times or more and will in the future.

Gunfire becomes a musical instrument in the hands of Ennio Morricone. Human vocals, whistling, shouting, and gunshots have never sounded so good. Amazing.
early on, Ennio just didn't have the budget to keep an orchestra on call, and used any sound he could get - and a new sound was born! But his orchestral work is wonderful, too.
It's very cool...sometimes a bit like surf roc ala Dick Dale but truly unique to Ennio Morricone himself, pure genius to match the genius of Sergio Leone's epic westerns.
I am an Indian. Music is in our culture. I always love to watch : The Good, the bad and the ugly. For a few dollars more Fistful of dollars Once upon a time in the west and The Godfather. The music of dollars triology is pulsating. I keenly listen to it quite often. It lends a new mesmerising wave everytime. Great work by Ennio Morricone.

when i get older and my legs dont move as much...... i am going to create a room with a beautiful sound system and a big screen and play Sergio movies and listen to the Maestros music.... not throughout the day but at least a hour or two everyday. Immerse myself in the divine... and thank god for sending us this genius who built another world . What a sense of music.... From Once upon a time in the west with the haunting voice of Edda Dell Orso or Gabriels Oboe in the Mission, or Death of a Soldier from the Good ,Bad and Ugly. Thank you , My dear Sir...... For giving us this beautiful music. Our eyes fill with tears... out of happiness and sadness, of memories and lost time... for all this thanks.
His soundtracks were unique not only for the melodies, but in particular for the "special effects" that he included in his music. The use of special and particular musical instruments that made a particular effect, which created an atmosphere, a tension in the scenes of the films to make them immortal scenes. Without his music, the films that later became would not have become. He has created unique compositions that no one else in the world has ever made. Our Michelangelo, our Leonardo da Vinci of music. GRAZIE MAESTRO for all the emotions you have given us !
I was with my Mom, full time, the last few years of her life. One of the great joys was watching old shows/movies that she loved and hadn't seen in years. I didn't know beforehand, but she loved all of Clint Eastwood's Westerns. I rented everything Netflix had - which was everything! - and we slowly made our way through it all, anthology style. Those were the Best Years of my adult life... never to be equaled. We were close beforehand, but the things we learned about one another, and the resolution of small misunderstandings that had been left on dusty shelfs can not be overstated. Life is short... love who you would love and pardon all others with equal fervor. Blessings to everyone here!
Thank you Maestro. You lived a long, beautiful life and gave us timeless masterpieces to enjoy for eternity. Your amazing work will give you the closest thing to immortality. RIP
The spaghetti Western music by Ennio Morricone take me to a different place. I was a teenager when my Grandfather, Dad and I went to watch all of Clint's movies. When I am stressed, I sit back and just listen, and very loud. I love this magic of Ennio, and it is endless in beauty.

10:20 I was born in 1978. I grew up on all the Leone’s movies and on Morricone’s masterpieces. Today I have a son of 10 months. I played this to him and he was so much impressed with it that it literally made me cry. This music is for generations indeed. Long live Sergio, long live Ennio!
when my daughter was a baby I used to play her My Name is Nobody and bounce her on my knee, it got her smiling. What a funky and unusual song for a western though, it was theme tune to a quirky sitcom called Nighty Night and it fitted perfectly.
For me this music is from another universe. I am fifty and I was introduced to Sergio Leone films I was ecstatic with the interaction between seeing and hearing. I keep going back to these days when I hear Maestro's music. What a synthesis, my soul and my heart and my entire body almost aches. I submerge in another dimension being floated into music!
amillionguns Absolutely propelled the musical soundtracks..... None of today's soundtracks will ever match it...The Duo combination is ,was, and will always be "the best"...!
It wasn’t until I was older and mature watching the movies again that I realized that there was a lot more to them than “ shoot ‘em up”. Ennio’s music made the movies the masterpieces that they are!
My dad had LPs of his music in the 70s. I loved listening to them as a child with my too big headphones on…Now I’m a Hans Zimmer fan. Hans was very much inspired but Ennio. My son took me to see Hans Zimmer last week at the O2. What an amazing evening. My darling daddy passed away a few months ago…now I have his LPs. Greeting from London fellow listeners.
his "phenomenal" music will be forgotten as soon ppl forget the movies. ennio morricone was living of a cult, the same as sergio leone. both lived on the geniality of a producer to combine them, alone they where literally shit.
Funny to think that some of the greatest Western films in history were created and directed not by Americans but by a great Italian filmmaker like Sergio Leone and some of the most unforgettable soundtracks by another Italian genius like Ennio Morricone. Two artists who belong not only to a geographical homeland but are the heritage of the entire world ❤️
Sergio Leone, Ennio Morricone, the cinematography, and of course the script. An example of what true masters of Art can produce...Hollywood was never able to produce such westerns, to the present...
I see that the entire world loves Morricone, really music has no boundaries. This moves your soul, no matter how many times you hear it, you always yearn for more.
As a Chinese Canadian, I would say your music is the best and that's why I rarely listened to Asian music. Thank you so much for bringing us the wonderful masterpiece of work.
For me Ecstasy of Gold is the greatest piece of music ever written. I know that's a bold statement, but it gets me deep down inside my soul every time I hear it. Just an amazing composer.
Sir, born in 79 in Romania, i grew up with your music discovered in westerns, which where the only movies not banned in comunism era. Even now i think that without your music not even clint eastwood would have managed to have such a succes in movies without your soundtrack. thank you for your work. your songs are immortal.
I have lived in Colorado in the American West for some forty years and no music better captures the grandeur of the landscapes here than Ennio Morricone's. Yes, I'm aware many of the film's this music scored were created in Europe, but the land they evoked was the American West. When I travel in Colorado and other Western states, I play Morricone's music on my car's stereo system.
You know Ray, i'm from Argentina and by the 1970's when most of Morricone's hits were known by the films of Sergio Leone and Clint Easwood among others, Argentina was still in most provinces an unexplored territory, and by the way from the age 50 onwards people here have a particular taste for these movies (in my case i'm much younger but inherited that taste from my dad). These movies and music are more universal than what you might think. Also by 1860's which is the time i which the american civil war took place, it was the same situation in Argentina (unitarios vs federales) and lasted for long time. By the way The Good The Bad and The Ugly, is from 1967 and was filmed in the desert of Almeria, Spain, only that it's so similar to the west of the US that you fly and believe for that moment that you are in 1860's american civil war. And, the word ''Spaghetti'' from Sphagetti Western, refers to the italian directors and actors (Leone and Morricone are italians, plus mostly were fimed in natural locations in Spain and Italy) and are sub-genre of the Western; that is the Sphagetti Western.
As a native Utahn, I can confirm. I actually went on a really long motorcycle trip from california to utah and toured all the national parks last summer and listened to this. There is no more perfect soundtrack.
I think that we can all agree that this music is haunting and beautiful, and evokes the imagery of dry desert landscapes - regardless of geographic location. Whether it's Spain, Argentina, the USA or elsewhere, Ennio Morricone crafted the perfect music to evoke the images of these desolate places!
Hearing these masterpieces brings me back to 86, when I was a curious 7 years old boy and was in huge need of "normal" music instead of kids music. I literally felt in love with his music, so for these emotions you gave us, may you ever rest in peace, Maestro
The best and most versatile composer of all time. Just the number of over 500 (!) film scores to compose is simply incredible. This includes the film music for the five-hour monumental film "1900". He has composed for about 2 complete films per month. It is simply unimaginable what Ennio Morricone has achieved in his life. Just listening to his music, the movie runs in your head. WOW ❤️

There's 3 or 4 directors out there that do try and still make good movies, but this level of directing, consistency, and artistic quality, i think it's gone.
Most people measure their sanity by comparing with others around them. I wouldnt use that approach for the time being. Use beauty like this to cling on The soul is golden
I have loved the arrangements of Ennio Morricone since I first heard his music when I was a teenager, but the beautiful thing is that I love them even more now that I am an elder man searching for the purpose of my life again.
Tony, you're in my prayers. I felt as you until I became a Catholic. No preaching from me. May God surround, embrace and bless you. May you find true happiness.
I agree with you wholeheartedly. I first heard this beautiful music when I was 10 yrs. old. I loved it then and love it even more now as an elderly man. You know what's amazing? Music, especially SL music is timeless, ageless and brings me right back to when I was 10!! If this is the Tony I think it is; I am a big fan or your music as well!
To think Clint did Fistful for 15 k in 1963 while on hiatus from Rawhide and it wasn't released in the USA until 1966. Jack Denton was a late night tv host in Los Angeles,he went overboard about Fistful going so far as showing the scene where Clint is shot five times..u know the rest. Sales at theaters in LA skyrocked!!!
Gridalo forte Franco!!!
I think that there should be a statue of the man placed in San Antonio. Ennio Morricone is as Western as the Alamo. His music has impacted many young man, as has the gallantry of the men that stood on the walls of that old mission. * I've seen many guys stop what they were doing when the theme for "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly" starts playing. When a man didn't call 911, when a man didn't have a "man bunn" or get his nails done.
@@enniopaone I understand that Rome is where he's from, but it's obvious from his music, his heart was out west. His persona, through his music (and it's obvious impact) that the man should be in a saddle, wearing a gun belt, and a Stetson. A statue in Rome, sure ! Why not ? But the man should be memorialized someplace in Texas. Maybe in Bandera Texas, the supposed cowboy capital of the world. The man made an indelible mark.
They were remakes of japanese classics of their own right - they just took them to a whole new level. I think it's the lack of hollywood polish, grimy/sandy costumes, moral ambiguity and, of course, the excellent soundtracks that made the films. There are times in the films when you don't even realise the music has started, having grown up from the silence... the tension so real. :)
Western film music reached its peak with the compositions of Maestro Ennio Morricone, who brought to this type of music what is not repeated anymore; MAJESTY.
Ironically it was quiet the opposite as far i know.. Sergio Leone told: that Ennio Morricone first made the music, and Sergio than tried to make to movie fit to the music. That was the ''secret'' - so that the result seemed: that the music fit perfectly to the movie.

I was a child also when I first saw these movies .. brings back so many fond memories

Ennio Morricone will forever be remembered as the man who gave the west a sound
Very well said.
Italy founded the West, from the Renaissance up to the 1800s. The French and Brits took much inspiration from Italians. It's fact, America is an Italian name..
@@TimeTraveller010 arguably, Greece founded "The West", Romans got a new way of The West.
Italy had been the center of the west for a long time, as you said, medieaval times, Rennaisance, the Manierism, the Baroque and Neoclasicism... despite not being a economic or military power and, for much time, not even being a political entity, Italy was a cultural center for Europe and the whole "West"
From the industrial revolution however, Italy lost its importance, and the anglophone world took the lead.
The only real americas are native americans.. ... ... ... was ...native americans.. others are europeans

I'm 65 years old and been listening the maestro of music seen i was 10 years old.
There's something about it isn't there.
Same here, my friend. 65 and waxing nostalgic.
Lol
@DocPatHolliday That's a great subject, Doc. I wish I had thought about that. Mine was about the Vietnam War.
My father, who still lives, introduced these movies to me as a child and I am forever grateful! Every time I sit down to watch one always brings me back to my childhood with my father. I am now 55 yrs old. 😊

Hi there lady. Simply the best of film and sound, indeed 🐎🎸

I still know he's here watching over me.
Lots of fond memories but I remember my dad More alive than I ever will passed just hurts too much you know.... Lol. Anyway just wanted to write this be well stay strong. God bless you now and always. 💗🙏
Love and good memories are hard to beat , if at all!
Definitely the three best westerns I have ever seen
A Fistful of Dollars was the movie we saw in Marine Boot Camp in 1969. And when I got out----I later took a poor girl to a Drive-in movie triple-header with all three movies. Think she only made it awake thru the 1st movie.
I For a Few Dollar more, and The Good the Bad and The Ugly, I kept it for more than 40 years. I used to have A Fist Full of Dollars, but I lost it, I couldn't find it. So sad.
Welcome to the US, my friend.

I agree. Congratulations.
I traveled to Bologna IT from Utah US to see him live before he died. Cried 5 times through the concert. Eternal peace Maestro Morricone.

His soundtracks were unique not only for the melodies, but in particular for the "special effects" that he included in his music. The use of special and particular musical instruments that made a particular effect, which created an atmosphere, a tension in the scenes of the films to make them immortal scenes.

And what do you think is the best age for introducing the Dollars trilogy on screen to your son? :)
Ben Äpfel I don’t know actually. I think I fell for Spagetti westernes when I was 13. So somewhere around that...
when my daughter was a baby I used to play her My Name is Nobody and bounce her on my knee, it got her smiling. What a funky and unusual song for a western though, it was theme tune to a quirky sitcom called Nighty Night and it fitted perfectly.

I'm a fellow Coloradan as well and I couldn't agree more.
You lucky person🍀💚🇨🇮

These movies are so great, no studio has the guts to remake them. Can't screw with perfection.

A tear fall from my face as I see how my design is almost finished, she always pushed me to finish everything a usually left half done... thanks to the creator of the video and all this incredible music.
