Are you reviewing a “lawn” mower or brush cutter? Maybe a video on cut quality, like how even is the cut. If it leaves any stragglers behind. How well it disperses clippings.
Great that both mowers actually made it through each scenario. But it makes sense the Titan MAX would do a better job. Luckily most residential homeowners will never have to deal with those types of scenarios, but it is fun to watch the extremes!
Any way you could compare the titan max with the ariens apex/gravely hd (same mower)? These mowers seem to be the heaviest duty residential mowers you can get. Would love to see which one is better or if they’re equal.
Presently using a CubCadet 50" Garden Tractor with a bagger and Big League Lawns roller. Been trying to decide on a decent zero turn under $4000 for over a year. Prime concern is cut quality, high lift and mulching. Can't seem to find anything that doesn't leave heavy tire marks. Neighbor has a 60" standup that cuts amazing, no tire marks probably because of the lift but want a zero turn that cuts just as good. Looking a CubCadet XT2 or Ariens ICON X but might also check out Toro
I think the Toro Titan Max may be my next mower, I currently own 3 Toro mowers right now, including a GrandStand, I also own a Gravely. I may have to give the Titan Max a peek for next year!
@@adamlang85 I have the Gravely ZT-HD 52. It’s a nice mower. Handles well, has a great cut, serviceable transaxle. I actually did not buy the titan max but I did purchase the Toro Z Master series 5000. I made a video of it on my channel. It’s brand new and being there’s snow in the ground have not had a chance to try it out yet but I’m expecting it’s going to be a fantastic mower. As far as which one to choose would be probably a budget thing. The ZT HD is a nice mower and costs about $6000 less then the Z Master series 5000. Honestly im pretty sure we will keep the gravely around for a back up, we may sell but im not sure yet. Thanks for the question. I believe you will love either mower.
I have a "wild" acre out back my 3 acre property. Couple dozen trees, burn pit, and septic sprays there. Just got the Titan Max and mowed it after 2 months neglect. Amazing! Downside is the price. :( Hopefully it lasts me 10+ years
Just got a Titan Max. Can't get the pins out of the roll over bar without driving them out with a hammer. Called Toro and they say, too bad - that is "normal." While that issue is not a big deal, it does worry me that if I actually have a problem, they'll be just as useless. Price as of 4/22 is now $6899.One dealer wanted over $8K!
Yes Lawn Ginjs i have a question comment and concern......Where is the big headed dog #2 Big Rolls Royce??!!! What has he got to say about these mowers?
You probly won't see this msg sence your video was from 2 years ago. I just got a toro 54 in timecutter. Fast and does great on short grass. I've also got a john deere 48 in cut tractor. Again, cuts great job on short grass. Then my old work horse. A 48 in craftsman. 2 blade. In tall grass it smokes the other to 3 blade mowers. I don't know why. It just does.
I can cut my .75 acre with my push mower super recycle toro in less than 2 hours( excellent workout). But my zero turn toro can do it like 30-40 minutes.
I've done my .4 acre with a Honda walk behind. Really have no issues doing, just takes a bit longer to cut then with my Craftsman T3200, either way, I still cut the front with my Honda walk behind, it's tighter and there are to many drainage swales that my ride on scalps
Bring back the “what’s wrong with my lawn” vids Ginga they were great
It’s on the list! Appreciate the feedback
@@pestandlawnginja appreciate the videos! Keep up the good work 🔥

I chose to do the review this way because there are countless reviews on cut quality. figured i'd take a different approach. thanks for the feedback
My allergies kicked in just watching these guys run through that tall grass and weeds. 🤣👊🏼
totally hahaha
That mower looks amazing!! I need to buy one for my land, I have weeds just like that!
😂😂😂😂

Right!? It was fun hammering this beast for 6 months then showing its capabilities

Tough choice! These 26” tires are wide but given the 900lbs weight it’ll leave tracks in wet soil
just bought 3 Titan maxs Love them...workhorses
Rad!
Thanks for the test!!!
You’re welcome
Well done. Unbelievable torture track mowing. What about real comfort jolting etc? Thanks for a good job
Better late than never . Count me in Ginja 😎✌️💪🔥🔥🔥
Thanks brother
First guy that lives 2 miles from Toro World HQ. Rolls Royce wouldn’t be impressed but it’s worthy of noting 😎
Right on! He just might be impressed, we will never know
@@pestandlawnginja all joking aside that Titan Max is a BEAST 💀
So much fun ;) Cheers mate!
Glad you enjoyed it!
How's the ride? I'm curious how the Titan Max would handle my super bumpy slopey terrain without a suspension.
it's stiff, no hydrolic on the seat. the deck is rigid enough to hanlde bumpy slopes in my opinion.

its a beast. such a great mower for what its for.

What’s you’re gravely mower and out of toro and gravely which one would you choose? I’m currently looking at the titan max and gravely hd.

If you could get your hands on a titan max I’d love to see a comparison video between it and the gravely hd!
is that along salt lake?
Yes
that 800 pounder can slay a lawn with full tire ruts.....when i heard 800...holy cow

Right on! Thing is a beast!
Commercial lawnmower contractors use the Timecutter while home owners use the Titan Max 60”😊 I have 1/4 acre lot too!
It's a beast

yah, that's toro alright. they're main issue is safety and they want the roll bar on.

For $ 6k I will attach a sickle to the front of a old VW beetle and get the same results lol 😂

I mean they both are finish mowers. Not Bush hogs lol.
I get the video though. The higher end will always triumph.
hahaha, for sure! these machines are pretty solid. love them both.
Because you should get a Deere!
🤣🤣🤣
That's not a commercial engine in the Toro max
This isn’t for serious landowners owners
