Just bought mine too in Illinois. Never owned a rider before. Bought a 22" Toro self paced last year and wife talked me into a rider. Biggest problem I had was were to put it. Don't like lawn mowers in the garage. The smell of molding grass is enough to make me puke. Only have a small shed - 8 x 10 with a small 4 ft door opening. Had big garage sale, cleaned out the shed, redid my ramps into the shed and all is well. Mower fits perfectly. Really happy with the mower. Only complaint I have is not having an hour meter. The fact that I paid $3800 plus with tax for this thing the least they can do is put in a $20 hour meter. The mower is already prewired for it. I'm a stickler for maintenance so having a meter is important to me. My hour meter should be here today - thanks Amazon! Will install that today. They should also give you a spare key. If I had a dealership I'd put an hour meter in every mower and provide an extra key - free of charge. I'm also very happy with the mulching kit. By the time I got the mower my grass was really tall. The mulching kit did great. did not leave a trail a heaping grass. I'd recommend this mower - especially to home owners with smaller yards.
Illinois here too. I am in the same situation as you were on the shed and I can not widen the fence opening much. I have been comparing this and the Ariens. Biggest issues is no one has either in stock. The Toro dealer said to order online. Online has "not available" for this model. Guess I am not buying anything.
My concern is the weight of the mower with those narrow tires on the back it looks like the mower weight is almost 700 pounds how much will it rut and tear up the yard I have a Cub Cadet 46" ZTS1 that only weighs 650 pounds with much bigger tires a nd can rut and leave tire marks. I was considering buying one but am concerned about it tearing up the yard plus how much easier will it slide on a hill with those tires. Someone needs to do a video on those concerns
fitting through a small gated fence to cut the backyard... people i've called to cut my lawn refuse to cut the backyard because their 42inch deck wont fit past my gated fence.
I've used this model for three weeks now and it is a gem for getting into small gated back yards. It has cut my mowing time down almost 40% from the tractor I had prior.
Sure does have applications. I have a medium sized lawn with a couple of choke points just wide enough to squeak this through. The motor certainly roars into life!
My question would be with the mower weighing 675 pounds and narrow tires how bad will this mower rut. The should have gone with an 18hp engine and a stamped deck it's way overbuilt for it's cutting width
Just bought one, Land and Coates Chesapeake Virginia. I did lots of research and I am more than pleased..
I think watching a review of sitting mower while eating frozen pizza will remain the top 3 most American thing I ever did or ever will do in my life.

@@ILGlocker I just bought mine from Home Depot, no dealers carry this is stock.
Gross. Should spend $5200 at a hustler surfer pro for something that will actually work.
My old 32inch Toro is a dozen years old and looks it, think I'll treat myself to one of these!

Funny to see a zero-turn with such a tiny deck, but I'm sure it has it's applications.

Any info about the most expensive part (transmissions) ? I guess it is hydro gear something.
crappy zt2100 and they feel weak, don't need much though for such a small mower

A mower this size has some commercial applications for medium to small lawns with choke points, so it is not overbuilt!
Where can I buy a mulch kit for the 34 inch. Home depot sold out.
Can u service the hydraulic pump? Add fluid if needed
One downside is they are 34 inch cut but 41 inches wide. So you are better off getting a 42 inch standard ztr.
Can I add a bagger to this lawn mower?
Yes
Barely effective
Can you cut a 20deg slope with this mower
15 degree is what's recommended.
Sure. Gonna be a hard time.
Actual width at widest point?

Constantly moving camera work isn't rad, it annoying.
Your title is 42" and that your mower is actually a 32"
34”
