Do you have pros and cons regarding those portals? How about air hub? Any leakage or change tube? I am really about to build my dream truck, still deciding whether I should go for 5 inch lift with 37 or just portals..😅 please help
I’m sorry, but why spend all that money to drive up a hill a stock standard hilux from 30 years ago could get up in 2wd? Edit: basically asking why you swapped it with portals. 99% of the time the diff clearance won’t be a problem with big tyres and when you do get hung up you just winch.
Cos he can! Mate that's a 79 cruiser which equals 100x better than a hilux from 30 years ago. The biggest weakness on those is the hangers on the suspension which has now turned this average offroad vehicle into an unstoppable beast.
