Christina Farinacci-Roberts is the proud daughter of a Korean immigrant "tiger mom" and an Italian American veteran dad. A first generation college graduate, she became one of the youngest NYC Department of Education high school principals and eventually the founder of an award-winning education and equity consultancy - Head Heart Hands Consulting.
