TBH, I love this engine but ditching the R6 for the R7 was a big mistake. The GSXR750 is the king of the 700 supersports. Yeah it's great for new track riders, but the 400's are better and this would actually be a step down from the Ninja 400RR in terms of beginner track bikes. Don't get me wrong, the MT07 and the Tenere are wonderful platforms for this but the R7 is a joke.

Yes exactly. It feels like, the R7 is a good sport bike only for day-to-day purposes. But on track, it is a joke.
